I have been to Starbucks locations throughout the United States and this one ranks near the very bottom.
The few times I've been here have all been bad.
As soon as you walk inside, you get slapped right upside the head with this overwhelming stench of rotting milk. There's tons of flies buzzing around inside and they are always bouncing from bag to bag to bag on the counter with people's baked goods inside. It amazes me how the employees just ignore these issues like they don't exist. I've seen baristas just wave flies away but no one actually ever does anything about them.
When I was there last, there were 9 people working behind the counter (11-23-25 @ 12:51pm) and it took almost 30 minutes to get only 2 basic drinks. The employees are nice but there is no sense of urgency to quickly service customers. Greetings are automated, forced company mandated exercises with no real sincerity behind them at all.
If you can avoid this location and hit up a different spot, you really should.

This location is literally the best. It’s always clean, the quality of drinks are always consistent and never disappoints and most importantly, their customer service is amazing. I drive across town to get my drinks and it’s worth it every time.

Not the best on taking phone orders… 1st time I ordered for next morning and didn’t know about it. 2nd time I called to make sure it was ready and they didn’t have it ready because I guess the opener was late to open. 3rd called and no answer and kept calling and it was busy; so I’m guessing they where ignoring all the calls because when I came in no one was on the phone. The worst service ever.
Visited this location on Saturday and again on Sunday early Am both visits were very disappointing. Service professionals were very nice however the location was out of napkins, hot cup sleeves and seemed to be very disorganized with product organization.

My absolute favorite starbucks to go to. The drinks are always consistently good and ive found if I ask for extra cold foam or caramel drizzle they deliver every time. I would go out of my way to go to this Starbucks.

They took forever for my two drinks and I wanted to get a cake pop but I changed my mind because there was flys everywhere and even inside where the cake pops were.
