I went to the location at 401 pioneer this morning, about 25 min past opening time and was completely ignored at the drive thru. When I drove to the window my presence wasn’t even acknowledged although both employees were just standing there. I called and one immediately answered. I asked why they aren’t open although their business is advertised as opening at 4? She said they are short staffed and aren’t open and doesn’t know when they will be. I asked for a number to corporate and she said “come get it” and hung up on me. Of course she didn’t answer at call back. I’ve been going to that Starbucks for the last 5 years at least 3-4 times a week and have NEVER experienced such disrespect and unprofessional service. It felt discriminatory and makes me wonder would I have recieved the same treatment if I were the same race as the employees? Shame on these employees and most importantly Starbucks for allowing people like that to represent their stores. I will be filing a formal corporate complaint and will spread the word so no one else is treated so poorly.

Friendly staff. Prompt service. Clean store. And they have outlets for my laptop so I can work! A rarity these days. A lot of Starbucks have done away with public outlets due to the rampant homelessness in CA.

I'll start off by saying the drinks I ordered were good but that's about the only good thing
Service was poor, larger lady with the red hair was not super polite. She seemed tired and stressed. She totally spilled a coffee in front of me and then proceeded to clean it up without making a new drink before the mobil pick up person arrived.
There were also a lot of sketchy people inside and out which would make anyone uncomfortable.
Also, not a lot of table space at this location to sit especially with all the questionable people lounging about. The pick up counter was a mess and confusing. Good thing I won't come back.

Drive thru open. In store, anything is a nope. Tried to walk through the drive-through and got told no way can they serve me. Apparently, having 3 workers inside means they are short staffed.
Over a year we try some shops in Woodland, Sacramento but this one is standing out. We adore this Main Street location a lot, coffee tastes so gooddd and staffs over here are the best, so friendly, I couldn’t not forget their names.
Usually I get coffees for my crews, we have the same recipe every time, Angel is absolutely the best Barista in town. Some staff do the same recipe but it turned out different, it was more sweet or the foam got mixed with coffee. That we never have it once it with Angel.
As always thank you for good services and delicious drinks, we are your fans now.

I ordered a Carmel crunch frap and my drink consisted of nothing but whip cream
I waited over 30 mins and waited on other people who ordered after me to get their drinks first will not be going back!

10 min to get my food, been 15 min now and still no drink. Inside orders are a joke, better treatment to door dash drivers than customers standing in front of you.
10 min for food, 17 to get a drink. You are not that busy in the store. Try getting quality employees

The workers here are either really busy, or very stuck up.

The staff is super slow and with a face that seems like they are forced to work there. Even if you order on your phone be prepared to wait at least 20 min for a drink ? get employees with a better attitude ?
