After going here, it was mostly alright, its atmosphere and food was good, but the service was rather bad, the attitude of the cashier was rather sassy tho, plus the amount of time it took for the drinks was unsatisfactory

The drinks are better here than the one inside Target which is just a couple of hundred feet away. The baristas never miss up my complicated orders here. There’s a free charging station in the parking lot so you can charge your electric vehicles.

So I am a traveler by foot and I needed to charge my phone and the manager here gave me a hard time for having my wagon which I carry all of my stuff in about it being in front of the store while I was going to purchase a coffee and charge my phone these little stupid rules they got going on are absolutely ridiculous people need to start being more empathetic and having compassion for one another this kind of stuff is unnecessary and absolutely ridiculous

Drinks are NEVER done correctly just taste so bad and I notice it’s just this Starbucks employees must not know how to make drinks properly went to the target location and was done perfectly.. plz train them to make drinks properly it’s not that hard..

Came into this Starbucks today at 5 AM and it was Disappointing. The employee (brunette woman) was rude, dismissive, and tried to make me pull around for a croissant that I know from my experience working at Starbucks should take less than two minutes to heat. Clearly, customer service was not a priority at this location.

The barista working the window who wears glasses was great! I totally forgot that a starbucks was located by food for less and placed a mobile order accidently at the on on Main/Pioneer instead of the one on Bronze. Even tho there was like 5 cars in front of me and behind me she was great and offered to make me the drink! Great service ?

When handed my coffee I said 'we also had two sandwiches' because I could see nobody was making them. Employee says 'we don't always have drinks and food ready at the same time' then doesn't actually check. I stood there for five+ minutes waiting and watching three different employees handle one sandwich. Then same employee who blew me off sees they're backed up and frantically makes 6 sandwiches. Throws mine on the counter with no apology and of course it's the wrong one with bacon literally falling out in the bag. Loved watching them chatting pleasantly with some customers while completely ignoring others. Tip well spent!

Short story: cashier took my money

She was tall blonde young with long straight hair

I'm not really one to complain but I went through the drive through at 4:48pm monday Aug 19th gave the cashier exact change (13$) she put 7$ down and showed me I only gave her 6$ I assured her I gave her 13$ and to look at the table but all she was saying is sorry sorry, so i finally got done with arguing and gave her a 20$ she then took the 7$ dollars i originally gave her and gave it to me as change.
