Today I tried out this location. Ordered online and walked in for pick up only to find that my order was given to someone else. They had me waiting for awhile attending other customers before me.

On Aug 6 2024 around 2pm my wife and I went here and there were 3 workers 2 girls and 1 guy. The girls were nice and showed a happy attitude while the guy was rude and was rushing us and the elderly man behind us. Keep in mind there was almost no one in the shop. This guy was rolling his eyes talking with attitude and rushing customers. He also made the old man feel bad to the point where he was apologizing because the man couldn't see the menu. That guy needs to be fired or observed by a manager. He didn't have a name tag so that's why I'm not calling him out by name

Dropped in just 10 minutes before closing time at night the day before memorial day when the staff was already looking to wrap things up.Even then, they very patiently attended to our order and prepared superb sandwiches for our group without rushing us and with a friendly smile on their faces.

Subway has great sandwiches and lately added soup which was why I preferred Quiznos when I was closer to one. The have foot long cookies which is a plus but it's $5 ? so we had the pretzel which was burnt at both ends ? like most fast food they are reducing staff and transitioning to on-line, mostly to adjust to new minimum wage hikes, IMHO. I called them, they had the audacity to call me gay. They also said my mom was gay, and let me remind you my mom died of stage 4 breast cancer.They also called me for the 2nd time and said more rude stuff about my moms passing

Last minute dinner plan… went to get two Italian BMT sándwiches 8:15 pm two girls employees one cleaning and the other one making the sandwiches ..and for some reason she didn’t put forest ham on my two sandwiches didn’t realize it till i got home because i was at the vegetable side when she put my breads to toast and usually they have already put all meats on bread before toasting it she was really slow on making the order and it looked to me like she didn’t know what she was doing! So i payed $26 for two 12”salami & pepperoni w vegetables sandwiches ??

I went to this subway about 7:30 pm it was so hot like a sauna in there. They have no working ac for the employees and customers only ceiling fans and regular fans. I noticed some of the meat looked bad good thing the employees get free drinks or I would've offered to buy the employee a drink and it's not even summer yet.very poor working conditions please fix the AC because I won't be coming back to this location until you do. The employees were sweating and the meat looked bad?
