i order grilled chicken burrito on 09/12/2023 jus one mobile order i jus eat half way and there is small size iron piece stuck in my theeth and i feel pain start i use toothpick and i find small iron piece i have picture i have no idea how its come in burrito

The manager here is amazingly friendly, informative about the products here, he knows his stuff. The other manager is also great as well. I mean the customer service ROCKS it's above 100% the good is always made correct, hot, fresh and fast. I love this Taco Bell. P.s bring your wallet no freebies (lol) not even if your card is left behind. They are clean inside and always available to assist their customers. Thank you Freddie you're awesome!!!!

This place was fine to me at first, but once you start adjusting your food (mainly taking ingredients OUT of the food) that's where they start messing up. Last time I ordered 2 burritos with NO onions for my daughter. They ended up putting onions in it and she managed to eat one burrito. THIS time, I ordered NO sour cream or tomatoes on 2 chalupas for my boy's. They didn't put any tomatoes on the chalupas, but still threw the sour cream in there, which is WAY harder to get out of it than tomatoes. So yes I wiped as much of the sour cream out of those chalupas so my boys would still eat their dinner. This place is really becoming a waste of time and money. So disappointing.

Place only had about 3 customers in it yet the service was extremely slow and we were made to feel as if we were bothering staff. Could not find a clean table to sit at. I literally had to go to my car and get cleaning wipes to clean the table for my family and I to sit at. Food looked like it had just been thrown together quickly and sparingly.
