Food was ok if you got what you ordered the first time. They knew that a big group were coming and they only had one person working the area and it took about 45 mins. To get your food.

I came from out of the area to attend a concert. My friends and I decided to try The Burger Saloon. I ordered the crispy chicken salad and got it with grilled chicken. We were not impressed with the service and how long it took to get our food, drinks and the server was not attentive. This will likely be the only time I go there. I did enjoy the ambiance of Woodland. It's a great town.

Our waiter thomas was honestly rude. He never once greeted us and we had to get water delivered by the hostess. The hostess (younger short blonde girl) was amazing and she was so attentive, she was basically our waitress while thomas got the tip. He didn’t greet us when we sat down, he never checked on us, and he walked to every table then skipped ours everytime. He would smile, offer water and appetizers, and talk to all other tables but ours. It was just upsetting to see and not know why. I ended up rushing the bill from simply not wanting to sit there anymore. Everyone else was awesome and so nice. The fries were luke warm when we received them but everything else was good.

I've been here three or four times now. I usually go with my cousin. She lives in Woodland and raves about it.Here's the thing, she took me because she wanted me to specifically try the Fries add Roasted Garlic add Blue Cheese Crumbles with truffle oil. Now those.. those actually get a 6☆. They really don't need the truffle oil. It's fried. But they don't skimp on the garlic or blue cheese. We order a small one and it's more than enough for both of us.UNFORTUNATELY... I've tried 3 different burgers, I've had the teriyaki with pineapple twice, and all were a 3☆ or 3.5☆ at best. Dry, overcooked (burned twice), a very small portion of meat for the price, skimpy produce; wilted lettuce with brown edges, and a thin slice of a small tomato. The third time, I went with a black male friend. They never brought our beverages at all. But they were on our bill. I actually had to argue about it with the manager or whoever he was when I asked for them to be removed. I told him to rewind his video or ask the bartender what was in the drink I ordered without looking up the recipe. (If he just made it, he wouldn't need to.) Our server had gone on break. They said some nonsense about the printer running out of paper and not getting the order at the bar. ... Then why question my asking for the drinks to be removed.. so that's why we never received them, but why would you put a customer in the position of having to defend themselves as if I'm a liar. Now they were wrong twice for the same thing and didn't apologize. The first time I was there, the service was horrible. The service staff was at the bar with the bartender. They were all doing shots. Some were going out a back door and smoking Marijuana. It was heavily wafting into the restaurant. We were the only customers there. Thus, the servers didn't want to be working anymore for the day. They were definitely waiting for the 4 pm shift to come on. They had no desire to work, they were not concerned with the quality of service we received.Anyway, generally, as a small business owner myself, I really really try to leave only positive reviews for other businesses. But after multiple bad experiences, enough is enough.I went back because my cousin does not cook. Zero cooking. But I do. So, peeled garlic cloves and blue cheese can be bought at any grocery store and it's delicious on steamed asparagus, to cut the carbs and fat in French Fries. Or I make fries in my air fryer.I'm done with the Burger Saloon. Make better burgers and treat customers better!

I have been here several times. Great burgers with many choices. It does get quite loud sometimes so heads up.

The food here is always amazing. We wanted to grab a great burger and sit out on the patio to enjoy the nice weather. It was just me, my wife and our 3yr old daughter. We walked up and noticed one table available on the patio. When we walked in I noticed another small 4 person table next to the window up front. I immediately asked the host if we could sit on the patio as was my wife's preference knowing there was an available table. The host tells us that unfortunately it's only available for a larger party. It appeared to be able to sit 6 so understandably I said ok can we have that open table next to the window? She says sorry I can't sit you there either but no real reason why. My wife looks at me in disappointment and says it's ok wherever is fine. The host walks us to the back room and sits us at a table in the far back of the restaurant that could easily sit 6 people if not more. I look at her like wtf? The entire time we were there not a single party came in and sat at the open table on the patio. Meanwhile the other groups on the patio had left shortly after clearing even more patio space. I greatly enjoyed the time with my family and the food was great, but I go to a restaurant to also enjoy the ambiance and the service. Why couldn't we have sat on the patio? In all actually we absolutely could have. Why couldn't we have gotten the small table next to the window? Our second and alternate request. We absolutely could have. Clearly these tables were not reserved and this was a failure to provide good customer service when the moment was in the hosts control. I don't blame the host or management however. In my line of work I empower all of my employees to do whatever it takes to make the client happy on a reasonable and professional level. I teach them to be flexible and encourage them to take manageable risks to help accelerate their growth and provide great customer service. Leadership is about teaching, coaching, guiding and encouraging the people around you. Enabling them to make great choices and decisions when the moment to make them arrives. To the host: thank you for your time today and promptly seating us.

Let's talk about it. Party of four. Service** When we walked in it took about 5 minutes to be greeted by anyone. As several servers walked past us multiple times. Finally the hostess comes out from the back and asked if we have been help. I said no. She immediately sat us. Nobody in the restaurant was friendly or even had a smile on their face. Our waiter was ok. We had to ask for napkins and extra ranch dressing more than once because he kept forgetting. Definitely wasn't busy at all. Food**** Our food was good. Nothing too spectacular. My turkey burger bowl was ok. The turkey did have a good flavor and it was super chewy. My son ordered The texmex burger and he said all it taste like is a regular burger. My eldest son ordered the four alarm burger and he liked it a lot. He said it had very good flavor. My daughter ordered the kids chicken wings and he enjoyed them. The burgers don't come with fries so you have to order a side of them if you want them. I probably won't bother eating here again.

I have the burger saloon a one star for a different reason. I came here twice, my first and my last. The food was good. But you had to order every dish separately. Crazy enough? It adds up!!! But the waitress was very nice and good for conversation. But I went to get change for her tip.... And I was told that they had already charged my credit card for the tip??? Ya, ok... But I don't like people grabbing my money for their own tip. Get it? Kinda rude in my world. I like to be in control of my money and give it to whoever I want. But, I guess the tip they snatched went to everyone and divided evenly. I understand that. Probably only the waitress getting tipped. But still I want the tip who I feel like tipping.

Helpful staff, attentive and responsive. Food is also outstanding, but wasn't asked how I wanted my burger. Not a problem but if you want it a particular way, remember to ask.

Food portions are very small for what they charge. I ordered a blue cheese Caesar salad with chicken and it received very little chicken which is about the same amount my 1 year old would eat. The salad wasn't great either, it was literally just lettuce and a tiny bit of onion. Note: I don't like blue cheese so I had that removed. No tomatoes, no carrot, no cucumber. Just lettuce and onion (and blue cheese if I didn't remove it). My wife had a chicken burger that was mostly breading. The fried pickles were disappointing as well as they had little to no breading and flavor.
