Iâm Iranian very familiar with Yazdi cake/cupcakes. Recently I went shopping at my local Iranian market for upcoming Norooz. There I noticed a box of Yazdi cupcakes from Crazy Bakery. Since Yazdi Cake happens to be one of my all time favorite, I bought them. I was so excited only to be extremely disappointed! They donât taste anything like Yazdi cake/cupcakes. They are just â plain supper sugary cupcakesâ. Yazdi cake/cupcakes are known for having cardamom (ground) & rose water as their main/base ingredient. Which non was there. Please if you going to make Yazdi cake/cupcakes, Donât! Apparently you donât know how to make them. Thank you,
