DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE Ordered delivery through their app and never received my Voodoo fries. I called door dash and they weren't given fries. So now I call wing stop and they said that the only way to get my fries was to come in and get them. I paid a delivery fee so I wouldn't have to drive across town. Then they said that I would have to call Door Dash back a set something up through them myself. I told them that wasn't going to happen because I already paid the delivery fee and I wasn't the one who messed up the order. I asked for a refund of just the fries, they put me on hold of a sec, then come back and "that will be fine, but it will take a day or two to go through." Then they immediately hung up on me. Still waiting on that refund and it's been 8 days. I'd rather drive to Davis then deal with this shops customer service again.

They just need to close wing stop until the chicken wing crisis is done and they are able to serve wings again. Because what I just purchased for $26 was garbage. Thigh bites are more like bites of breading and fat gristle. I ordered a large and what you see in the pics is what is left over after I ate what edible chicken was there. I was hungry as s*** so I had to eat something. My fries where over seasoned and not fresh given the fact that I am down the street maybe 2 mins away. The big hunks in one of the pics are all breading and fat. Yum

I ordered through their website, paid for a drink and meal... doorDash delivered it and I did not receive my drink. I called the driver... he said he never received a drink.. I called Wingstop, the rude staff kept telling me I had to take it up with doorDash... I called doorDash and they told me I had to take it up with Wingstop. I am EXTREMELY upset because BOTH companies REFUSED to compensate me for A DRINK. It's not that damn difficult to give someone $2 back. I will not be eating at this location again. I hope y'all are happy because you lost a customer.

Customer service wasn't great. Employees wear their masks incorrectly. The cashier was closing out her register touching money and then handling food without washing their hands.

I've changed my rating to 3 for now, due to the fact the very next day after this review I was advised by the same employee who refused access to the restrooms for Doordash drivers that they received an email indicating we ARE allowed to use the restrooms.

They lemon pepper wings are where it's at! Great and exceptional customer service. I was super bummed my order was delivered incorrectly, so I called and let them know They offered to just hook me up with extra wings and 3 bread roll instead of the 1 I had ordered originally The guy who took my order was beyond sweet over the phone and very patient. Normally I would've let the wing situation go and just gotten a credit for them, but I'm PREGNANT and craving the mango habaneros. Thanks so much to your great customer service

Horrible customer service by Nate! Wing stop really needs to hire people with better customer service skills. For example, rolling eyes at customers when ordering. This to me is horrible and rude service Omar was the only nice interaction I had there. I will definitely be calling for a manger and cooperate tomorrow.

Every time I've ordered and dined into this location, I get fast friendly service. I really appreciate how the employees get to know the local customers and go out there way to make sure all my needs are taken care of. For example making sure I am up to date with what's new on the menu or reminding me to order my dips for my wings.

Great customer service !!! Went in there looking forward to having their celery sticks ( don't judge! They're amazing) Ordered some veggie sticks celery only to find out they were out. The employee happily substituted them for their Cajun corn. I have to say I was amazed on how delicious and sweet the corn was. Wings were made to order hot ready to eat!

This place has below par service. The wait time is usually 2 times as long as they tell you it will be. They always seem short staffed. Employees are on the phone. On a certain day I went in, all of the tables were full of trash and no one seemed to care. Wings are good but service needs improvement
