Up until my last visit at Timothy's the girl who waited on me was quite rude. After I left with my purchase I made a phone complaint and I hope I got this ladies name right her name was Susie, anyway, I explained what happened this past Friday morning. Susie apologized for what the girls name who waited on me is Heather, Susie mentioned they had some complaints on Heather and usually they have Heather work in the back, in my opinion the very best idea. I DON'T EVER WANT Heather to wait on me again, period!! I'll request someone else to help me. Heather needs to keep her rotten attitude to herself. DON'T NEED IT!! Futhermore if Heather doesn't want to come to work then STAY HOME, NOT MY PROBLEM!! Be happy I didn't tell her off right then and there but, I remained polite and bit my tongue. Next time I WON'T!! That one star is because of Heather on service of which normally it requires one star. Otherwise, I like the pastries at Timothy's! But, not nonsense!! Also, don't ask for my information to call me from owner and you end up not doing it, is why I hardly trust anyone.

Thought this would be a good choice since the reviews praised seem very well but that wasn’t the case for me unfortunately. Got a cake for a friends special day and decided to go with Timothy’s. I asked for primary colors on a chocolate cake and for a pickup at 1. Day comes around I go in for my pickup. It is 2 o clock, an hour late and someone comes out asking if it’s for a boy or girl. Don’t know why this mattered since all I asked for was primary color confetti. Turns out they are still in the process of making my cake an hour late and I’m just sitting there because they keep saying it’ll be right out. Finally I get it and see it is rainbow colored. When I mention that it was supposed to be primary they say “yes this is primary rainbow colors.” Now for someone who decorates and does art, you’d think they’d know primary colors and rainbow colors are not the same. And if you failed basic color theory then a simple Google would show you rainbow is not the same. They still argued with me and insisted they were right, that those are primary colors. I tried to state it as a fact and to look it up but they didn’t care. My drive was 2 minutes and when I got home the cake collapsed. Straight drive no bumps. I’m not a cake maker so idk if it was just poorly put together or since it was rushed out late it didn’t have time to set . When I called and txt to ask about it they said manager Cathy would get back to me when they have time . That they are aware but have other deliveries. mind you I paid and technically the cake I paid for had still not been delivered . It’s Monday still no call so unfortunately it came to me having to leave me review and putting it on our social media. This place was a big let down on someone’s special day, the one thing you’d think they’d get right. Completely dropped the ball, go else where. Take a look at the photo for yourself, tell me if this is what you’d want for someone’s birthday.

I would first like to say I really appreciate Timothy's Bakery for making my daughter's birthday cake on such short notice (1 day). Thank you! However, the quality of the cake was not good at all. I even had to ask if it was a 2-layer cake because it did not look like it was. Then when I cut it I found out why. The bottom layer was barely an inch thick, the middle fudge layer was thicker than the bottom layer, and the top layer was thick. There was too much fudge to cake ratio, and more than half the kids at my daughter's party threw their piece away. This was definitely not worth the money I spent on it. I don't think I would order from them again.

These guys are an absolute God send!! I live in Indiana but my 5 year old is in Woodland. I placed several calls out there, trying to find someone that would make, and deliver, Valentine's Day cupcakes for my daughters class. Not only did they agree to this but, Melissa went out of her way to purchase some suckers to send with the cupcakes!! 🥰🥰 I will be forever grateful to this small business and look forward to visiting them in the future!! Job well done!!
