Food was delicious! Super authentic BIG portions. Taking covid safety and customer care seriously! The bartender was funny and really respectful he makes a mean margarita 10/10 would recommend.

First time at Vince's, and it won't be our last! We went for dinner and had complete meals with soup and salad. I will be craving that soup again soon! The service was impeccable. They were so friendly, respectful, attentive and efficient. Thank you for a lovely dinner! We will definitely be back!

I've lived in Woodland many years and this is the first that I've ever been to Vince's restaurant. To my surprise it was very delicious. Starting off their salsa had a good flavor. The lunch soup was yummy. Their beans were fantastic and their rice was a different style of Mexican rice. The Carnitas dish was very crispy and had wonderful flavor. The devil's shrimp was spicy sweet and very flavorful. We really enjoyed are food and we'll definitely come back. Prices were good. Service was nice.

Great little place.... New Mexican made and Im CA displaced.. not bad..not bad at all.... not New Mexican.. however the chile beef Colorado was quite impressive.... don't expect any heat if that's your goal...but you can expect flavor!

Update:. Well maybe I just wasn't enjoying it for lunch but I took a break for a couple years and now started coming with my family. I've found the food enjoyable, but my family likes it so much that their enjoyment spills over to me. Very nice mix of menu options, the vegetable soup is great, and everything is served hot which is important to me. We also read the back of the menu and learned that their is some family connection to Emma's Mexican food in West Sacramento which was a long time favorite but sadly has closed. Hey Vince's, can you make me the Chicana beef burritos plate they used to serve at Emma's? I'd be in love!

Have had 2 lunches there in recent months: a beef tacos plate and a chicken taco and pork tamale combo, both very good. The usual sides of refried beans and rice plus a green salad with dressing of choice the 1st time and soup of the day the 2nd. Warm and crispy chips with salsa for an appetizer, which is always a good sign (in my long experience with dozens of Mexican restaurants, if the chips are cold and/or stale and/or broken, looking like they came from a store-bought bag, it leaves an immediate bad impression with me, and I've found that oft times the food is mediocre too. Not the case with Vince's though.) Fast and friendly service, reasonable prices. Nice decor/ambiance.

Ok updating review after eating here again. Took the family for dinner here the first time and we understand now why it's such a Woodland institution. I had previously only been here for lunch and honestly didn't care if I ever went back. Going with my family though for dinner was very enjoyable. Love the vegetable soup. We had no idea this place had family ties to Emma's in West Sacramento which has sadly closed. Emma's was our absolute favorite place to go to. We'll be back to Vince's and try more of the menu. The Chicana beef I had was great plus good rice and beans.
