Ordered breakfast this morning pancakes burnt, country potatoes raw, everything cold. Called Black Bear and they are saying we need to take it up with Uber, even though this is not a delivery issue. Think twice before ordering online. Its bad when a restaurant won't back their own food.

Every time I eat at Black Bear in woodland my food sucks. Potatoes are NEVER cooked all the way, they do not accommodate if you order thru a delivery service and refuse a refund. I will not support this place any longer, you guys have had some many chances to make things right and never follow thru or help out.

Black bear food is always good, with big portions that are always hot. The only con we had was for dessert we ordered a coconut cream pie. It turned out that it had a banana cream pudding filling with coconut sprinkled on top. Not what we wanted.

I had the Lil' Volcano and it was hot and delicious. I also ordered an English muffin, but it was barely toasted and I didn't enjoy it, didn't finish it. Otherwise the service was great and friendly. Highly recommend this place.
