Evergreen cafe

The food is good, the tap beer isn't cold. The place feels like a small mountain town bar, which is great, but it's missing one thing. Pride. The tables outside are peeling paint. And round tables inside are LITERALLY going to fall over any day now. Unless it's built in suspension but I didn't dare to test it. Wooden tables need love every now and again. But what's left of the epoxy is flaking off. A few upgrades would make this place 5 stars. Invest in your business.

The Yodeler is a great stop for hikers and people looking for fun in Wrightwood. It's run by 1995 alum PCT Thru-Hiker. He was a real treat to talk to and sharing stories from the trail and life was fun. As he took off he even bought a round of drinks for myself and all hikers at The Yodeler. It was really kind. Great food and service! Perfect for a night after boarding.. me and my bf came here to eat and ended up staying for hours listening to the jukebox! The owner was very personable as well as the workers. We will be back!
