Just tried to eat here and there is a sign on the door saying the place is permanently closed.

We order through grub hubs . Three different dinner plates. The taste of the food was great. However they added too much side rice and reduced the portions of the loan course. :( recommend their use a separate container for the rice and which would allow a full portion of the dinner .

Guess the restaurant is closing down and they will be doing a 10% off special! They posted this message on social media. Unfortunate to see it go.

I will start by saying this place over hyped. Went there with my parents as we were craving some good Peruvian food. We were hungry after a long day. We placed the order the owner was very talkative giving us the history lesson on The Andes we were little taken a back by the fact he felt like he had to share all his knowledge on Peru and his Peruvian wife. Fun facts I guess but we were interested in having our own conversation. Once he brought us the green sauce we requested bread and said they don't have bread to dip the green sauce. I thought he was joking at first but he was serious. I said hmm I have never been to a Peruvian restaurant where they don't offer bread. His demeanor was snarky and sarcastic, just saying yes we don't. Once the food came it was ok not the best but we made the best of it. Once my dad went to pay the bill he was rude and snarky again claiming he didn't understand him because of his accent. When he was clearly trying to hand him his credit card. As another woman showed up for a pick up he started to speak Ill of my father whom he claimed couldn't understand. My father suffered a stroke some years and has speech issues. It to poke fun with another customer whom he felt very comfortable making fun of another paying customer. This man shouldn't be in business he should be grateful his empty place even had us eating there. Some kind of training on how to deal with different handicaps might help him. Some cultural cross training to go with it. Classless bigot. Will never go back there again. And will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Food is O.k.Took nearly 1/2 hour for food even though not busy at all. Em piñatas were small. Not much flavor. I've had way better for less. Soup was Flavorless, and kabobs didn't have much bang. Live in Yorba Linda and want to support. However, won't be back. Owner seemed a little irritated by life.Honestly the owner is an A***

Small place but the Lomo Saltado is bomb! So delicious and the portion size is great. The Aji is just right as well.

I was looking forward to trying Andes! My family just moved into the area and have been trying to find good staple takeout spots. Andes was a place we have been dying to try. Unfortunately when I got home with my dinner I noticed my lomo saltado had no fries in it and the rice was rock hard in some spots. Also, the potion was pretty small for $13. Bad first impression and don't know if I will be going back.

If you're looking for delicious and traditional Peruvian food, then this is the spot to go in OC! Excellent food and customer service. The owner even gave us traveling trips for Peru :)

Idk who gave this place 4 or 5 stars, clearly people who have never had good Peruvian food. The person working was attentive but not friendly, the food took 40 minutes to come out, and my lomo saltado was not only dry but half of the pieces were also very overcooked. Not sure if it was the cook working tonight but I would not come back. Very disappointed.

Looking for a hearty savory blend of rices, noodles, proteins and delightful spicy sauce then this is the place to check out! Lomo saltado. Arroz con pollo

Haven't been disappointed here. The food is always good and it's fresh & hot whether we pick up or dine in.

I'm not sure what happened but they now take your order at the table and take and the portions seem smaller and the prices higher. I think they have new owners.

We were craving something different and Peruvian came to mind as I haven't had it for quite sometime. Tom and the Chef/Cook were great. Food was good and made to order fresh. Food is flavorful and filling. Was able chat with Tom while eating and we had several things in common. His daughters both went to Rosary HS that my daughter currently attends. Will definitely come back and eat again.
