Boba Fiend Tea House

I ordered a brown sugar boba, and it was the worst boba I’ve ever had. The taste was bitter. I went back and politely asked the girl if she could add a little sweetener. She threw it away and made a new one, but added so much sugar on purpose that I couldn’t even take a single sip. It was an awful experience, and the service was rude as well.

genuinely the most disgusting matcha i’ve ever had. like it was like they milked the hulk and gave it to me like i didn’t even taste the essence of matcha it was like the vague concept of matcha i threw it away after like 2 sips and also had my friend try with the same reaction

Very good milk tea boba. Not too much ice and perfect amount of boba.

Love it. A little price for drinks but the service and employees are super sweet. Love it.

Good ambiance. Always plenty of seating and available board games. Merch is also available for those interested, as well as a large variety of claw machines. One bathroom in the back, which is convenient.

Staff is always helpful in my experience. They once created a drink for me that was not on the menu but was close to what they had.

Currently the love and fiend size are the only available, so you will have to commit to a larger size drink.

This place is horrible. Every time I come in here and I get a drink all it taste like sugar.

We used to really like Boba Fiend, but the quality of the drinks and the service has gone down considerably over the last few months. We’ve tried to chat constructively with the staff about it, but they seemed uninterested. We’re disappointed and will probably look for a new local boba spot.

Taro slushie taste SO artificial. Same thing with the boba, it taste off and texture is too rubbery.

BAD TAP WATER ?.

I hate to leave such a harsh review on boba fiend- their prices are good, their portion sizes generous, and a lot of people are regular enjoyers. But my experience with them has been inedible.

The water for the tea seems fine- but the water for the aloe vera and ice have a bad tap water sour taste. The flavors are pretty standard- I can recognize the brand of their taro and rose flavors, and they're pretty standard and reliable flavors for tea shops. They sell ice blended drinks with sour tap water ice, which is not edible.

Really disappointed with all the changes. Cup sizes are smaller and lids no longer allow you to flip and mix your drink, making the bottom sweet and the top like water. Not sure why the owner would change something that wasn't broken.
