“It was good , but I have had better. Each extra topping is 75 cents more. It can get pricey“

“I'm not sure if it's the layout, popularity, or just trying to maximize profits but our experience made it feel like we were eating at a cheap dim sum place with the same arguments of which steaming dish looked the best except it's giant skewers of meats.
As much as I can appreciate being brought a fresh churrasco sword where you can clearly tell it just came off the kiln I had to begrudgingly take the first couple cuts and ask for the med rare just underneath a few times because my table didn't want to take the hit. This is more anecdotal than a complaint towards the staff.
Navigating back to my table from the buffet area felt like I was playing frogger in real life dodging service staff and chairs flying backwards. Seating was the other challenge where it felt we could reach over to the other table and grab their cheese bread with ease. How they dance with a few pounds of beef 3 feet tall is amazing to see when you're not in their traffic lanes.
I'm sure when it's not packed to the door this place feels like a elevated dining experience but our visit was just an overpriced dinner served with a side of social anxiety.
3 stars based on perception/expectations of one of the arguably higher end churrascaria chains but I'm not entirely going to fault the staff for whomever decided the layout. I'll take the extra 30 minutes drive down to Irvine or Pasadena where it feels less of a sardine can.“

“Absolutely zero complaints! I got the São Paulo with honey and nutella from team member Issy! The kiosk ordering process was super easy to navigate and my bowl came out in a super timely manner! Extra thanks to Issy for a great vibe and making an amazing bowl.“
