While I have no experience with their physical locations (I would hope they are better), their online presence provides an abysmal customer experience. Despite it being 2020 and online retail having existed for decades, they have no clue what they do or do not have in stock. When you place an order you shouldn't assume that any "in stock" items actually exist. More importantly, be prepared to either pay for shipping on any non-existing items or have your whole order canceled
