Dined in with the family. We ordered, sat down to eat and then half way through our meal one of the lady workers Approached us and said.... We've been closed for 20 min, the girl is trying to clean the dining room. "So basically kicked us out"..... if they were about to close when we arrived they could of simply said "everything was to go" because they were about to close. But no.... Instead they were extremely rude about it and had no customer service skills.... We usually just go through the drive thru.... But not anymore. I'll be taking my service elsewhere.... Where they're not rude

The area is nice and there are a lot of restaurants around... I needed something real quick so I got the original Pollo bowl with extra chicken and creamy cilantro dressing. This is all I ever get Everytime... The total comes up to 9.24 and they give you the extra chicken in a separate container... Well this time was different... They have me my bowl and no side of chicken, the guy tried to tell me they put it in the bowl, before I could say that doesn't sound right he took my bowl and said I'll give you some extra... I already didn't like her took my bowl to the back, then he came back with the same bowl and a side container of chicken. But you could see that they just scooped half the chicken out my original bowl and put it in a container like I didn't ask for half chicken in the bowl and the other half on the side I paid for extra chicken and wanted that.. but I had a patient that had sciatica and needed to get back to them... I just took the bowl and told myself I'd just go to a different El Pollo Loco from now on... Maybe you all should as well...

My go to is the double chicken tostada bowl. Used to cost about $10, now it's about $12 and the last two times there's barely any chicken on it. I paid for double and barely got a single portion. Never coming to this location again

Chicken seemed old and dry. Asked for chipolte sauce and got regular salsa. Prices seem high as well. I would of got a better salad at trader joes or sprouts for less.

I came here today around 7:00 Pm and ordered 3 items. I ordered an item by itself and was charged for the combo. The food was mildly warm at best and did not taste how it used to. This location stole $5 from me by not giving me what I paid for. This is ridiculous considering all these employees make $21/hour. It’s not hard to take an order correctly. It was not busy and I was the only car in the drive thru line. I will never spend my money with el pollo again. Plenty of other options in the area that are both accurate, taste better, and give better customer service.

5/9/2024 = 2 Star = Food are okey , but no greetings and they just ignored you when you ask for help how to use their kiosk, lady help me but not happy , i think we should use all robot in this location . Will try again next time .
I always order the keto burrito. The price has gone up so much, it is now $10 I received the worlds smallest burrito. The are really skimping on their servings at this location. It probably had one tiny scoop of chicken inside. It was basically the size of a taquito for $10. What a waste of money.
