Ordered the 8 piece chicken only and came home with chicken and thigh, no breast and wings. My wife only eats white meat. I called out and they told me I was wrong instead of apologizing. The lady said if you want your white meat come back out but bring your order to trade your thigh with breast. I am not going to drive 10 miles to trade 4 pieces of chicken. First time here and it will be last time.

Could not dine in so I didn't eat here. Only drive through is open. I don't eat in my car. They only accept EBT inside.
This is the WORST kfc I’ve ever had the X crispy chicken was crispy yes BUT the batter Was not the same ! Clearly they are cutting corners! The chicken was freezer burnt and had no flavorAnd as for the corn if it wasn’t for the texture and the look of the corn kernel you wouldn’t know what you were eating because it had absolutely no flavor. We spent $48 . It was so bad I actually wrapped the food back up got into my car and drove back to the store and told him I wanted my money back only to be told they couldn’t give me a refund but they would let me exchange my food obviously she didn’t hear when I told her the food was horrible so the customer service is lousy the owner is not a good business person and the food is the worst out of any Kentucky fried chicken I’ve ever had! So customers beware!!
