I loved the atmosphere as soon as I entered LePho. It smelled fantastic and they were playing a playlist of songs by Cigarettes After Sex ?, my fave. The employees were very friendly and the rib eye pho I ordered was so delicious. Though it seemed rather expensive for a bowl of pho, the beef is grass fed and the broth flavor stood out compared to other pho restaurants. small little store right next to the Tesla charging station. just moved to the area and I didn't expect there's a legit pho in this area... My dad grow up in Vietnam and yes, he said it's better here (US has better beef). Light but flavorful broth (if am not wrong it's more like a northern pho take). The wagyu brisket, BOMB. The eye round's good too but the brisket's TOO good. They gives u a good amount of thinly sliced green onions and white onions....
Yes!!!! So happy to have an amazing pho place across the street from me. They use grass fed beef and have high quality cuts like rib eye. Great broth too! Very flavorful! I'll be back often :)
