Simply: NOT good. The employees are friendly but the drinks are not competitive. No flavor and taste of tea. Just sweet of sugar. Boba is too hard. Wouldn't come back here.
I love Lynn Tea! I love boba in general, and this is definitely my favorite place to go for it. My favorite thing to get is the caramel milk tea with crystal boba.

Always bright and clean. A nice variety of drinks. Good quality Honey Boba. The new Butterfly Pea flower tea is refreshing and looks cool. Parking is easy and adjacent to the Thai House. Nice owners.

Absolutely love this place. The prices are phenomenal and the atmosphere is great. Honestly, I think this is the only honestly priced smoothie location in California. Thank you Lynn Tea, we appreciate you!!

Drinks were too sweet. I didn't see anything about customizing sweetness level. If you don't mind sweet you will enjoy it.

Lynn Tea - Boba in Yorba Linda, CA, is a great spot to get your boba fix. The staff are friendly and helpful, the tea selection is vast and delicious, and their prices are competitive. I have had several of their drinks over the past few months, all of which were top-notch. They also offer vegan plant-based alternatives to traditional milk teas or smoothies. They are highly recommended!
