This McDonald’s always gets my order wrong. I asked for a hamburger with no onions and I opened it up and it has onions. One hamburger they can’t get it right how stupid are they?

No consistency. I order same coffee daily, with same amount of caramel, but tastes different many times. Sometimes I taste the caramel, sometimes not at all. I should have the option of putting in cream and caramel myself. I pay for the caramel but don't know if they're putting it in. Not good.

As a fast food restaurant, I waited 10 minutes at the service counter and no one responded. I ordered 2 French fries and waited 20 minutes but no one showed up. The service attitude and food delivery speed were extremely poor.

So within 2 weeks I've gotten 2 different others wrong and I try to call the store Three separate times maybe four no one would pick up
I used the app for the first time, and I bought one Big Mac and I got one Big Mac for free and some fries it was very good went through the drive-thru everyone was very courteous and the order was fast!

Not only does it now cost $22, for two $5 sandwich meals. They now charge you extra for sauce. Sauce you usually ask for at the pick-up window. They don't even ask if you want ketchup anymore. Ketchup packets. I think those are still free, but they don't part with those anymore either. Also, HOW is shredded iceberg lettuce and tomatoes DELUXE?? That sounds pretty basic and should be standard. Instead you charge extra for ICEBERG LETTUCE!
Not to mention that 4 out of 5 times, there is ALWAYS something wrong with what they give us versus what we order. McDonald's is really ridiculous now. Better quality fast food out there for less of a rip-off!
