Customer service is horrible. Pls I wish management would contact me. I specifically ordered a happy meal Burger. No pickles no onions. Mustard and ketchup are ok. They messed up the first order and I had to wait 30 minutes for a replacement. Are you serious! I should have asked for a refund. What a good Example of poor management and mean counter service.

This is my local McDonald's but every single time I come here, there is no one staffed at the front desk. There are lines of people with their mobile orders ready and walk ins that have been waiting for over 10 minutes.
The food is fine, the service and staffing here is beyond poor. The managers need to do better staffing or random workers who aren't in the front should be more helpful, they just don't acknowledge that you're there.

Food was cold. The AC was on so high and the manager said they couldn't do anything about it. With no counter service nearly impossible to get napkins which weren't on our tray. No refills. No napkins. No heat. No service. If all McDonald's were like this, I would stop going altogether.

Waited for 20 minutes inside the store at the cashier. They where very busy preparing orders for customers in drive thru and from the Kiosk. I left after waiting 20 minutes.
Getting monopoly stickers from this place is a nightmare, they constantly argue with me the whole way about it everytime I am over there because the app is inacurate with what actually has the stickers and what don't. The McCrispy represents as a Monopoly food item and they argued with me and said it doesn't even though I showed it to them ON the app. Other then that food comes out fine for the most part. I just wish I would'nt have to constantly debate for monopoly stickers, its obnoxious.

I bought a set meal, but the service staff forgot to give me the fish burger. When I was having my meal, I found there was no ketchup, so I had to look for the waiter again. This waiter was very impatient and even abused me. I have no idea why. I wanted to complain but had no way to do so.

McDonald's has been around forever or atleast since I was just a kid, and for a good reason. They have gotten bad reviews over the years which in my research has turned out to be myths. Their burgers are 100% beef with no artificial ingredients. A thumbs up for me.
