Did McDelivery. Ive been eating at this location since I was a kid and it's hit or miss, but this was terrible. They made all of our burgers wrong, no sauce for the nuggets, wrong kids drink, and neither of the lids on our Sundays were on the cups properly, so we ended up with ice cream all over the bottom of our bag. Food was also cold, but I'll account that to the spilled ice cream, but it all seemed stale except the burgers. Bag was sealed, so it has nothing to do with the delivery driver. So disappointed.

Horrible Set up.. I know it's not the people working in the back it's just McDonald's in general.. cutting back on employee.
15 min wait time plus 13 people just standing around waiting on patiently.. make you not want to come in

Manager was snotty. They don't communicate at all so when you have to ask them what's up you get an attitude like you're the problem.
There's not enough customers for them to ALWAYS be so slow. If I didn't work nearby I'd never go here.

Idk why I find myself here again. The clean bathrooms I suppose. But you order inside and it takes 10 minutes vs drive through is like 30 seconds. Maybe that’s intentional, but darn what an annoying thing. Also the chicken sandwich was not very good at all.

This is the worst McDonald’s.
I received my food 30 minutes after ordering.
The order was incorrect, and no one even apologized.
The service was also terrible.
Even when I called for assistance, no one responded.
It was the worst experience, and I will never come back.

The food was the same as your average McDonald's, so I'll give it 4 stars for the food.

but the service in drive-through or eating inside is slow because there is only 3 workers when I went probably because they hire less because they pay the workers 20 dollars an hour also ive been to this McDonald's multiple times and they messed up my sausage mcgriddle, so I wish they had more people on shift and that they listened correctly. So, 2 stars for service

Very slow. Rude manager.
Ordering and paying were fine, the first pick up window the manager took my receipt to see about my order and then they moved us to the second window and then our order was missing an item. When one of us went to get it, it took them minutes to acknowledge and get us the missing item. Also the manager never gave me back my receipt.

I frequent this McDonald’s as I live near. I can always count on this McDonald’s to never get an order correct whether it’s happy meals or standard meals. Always triple check. 95% of the time my order is wrong through the drive thru.

Kinda insane how bad this mcdonalds has gotten, regularly go to this one for the quick drive thru but this time I placed my order and was told to wait at the second pickup window and waited. 20 minutes later they still havent come out with my order and theres no one in the drive thru with no one bringing me my food. Finally I go inside and ask for my order and the kid behind the counter says they dont have it. I told him its been over 20 minutes and ask for the manager. Nice lady comes out and apologized for the order and said they were making it now. Okay cool done deal. Another manager named Jose comes out and asks whats wrong why am I complaining. I tell him whats going on and he instantly starts arguing with me and I tell him this is ridiculous! I just want my order.

He tells me to wait rudely and I tell him okay enough I want a refund. He says okay and backs off and goes back into the kitchen. The nice (im assuming other manager) gives me my food and I ask for the refund since the rude manager offered it. A now third manager comes out and starts refunding me while im holding my food in my arms. Rude manager jose runs over and tells him to stop and actually grabs the bag from me with my food and tells me not gonna happen. I hold the bag and tell him to stop to which he argues with me about getting a refund and I remind him he offered. He orders the other manager to give me a partial refund and goes back in to the kitchen quickly. Absolutely insane they would try to snatch something from me as a customer. I was already happy just getting my order but the dudes esclates the situation and makes the buisness lose money trying to "handle" the situation. Jose the rude manager I think you need help bruh

Placed a mobile order after I parked in the parking lot. Tried to go inside to pick up at the counter but both doors were locked, which was weird at 9am, but maybe someone had accidentally locked it.

Figured I'd go through the drive thru to get my mobile order. After waiting ten minutes I finally arrived at the window and told them what happened.

The Asian guy at the window and his manager, a lady, told me I needed to come inside to get my mobile order. I told them it was locked and they said now it's not locked and to park and come in.

These two need better training. Ridiculous.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. There is absolutely no reason to be that rude to anyone, especially when it's your job. Was it worth the fries? Who knows. It definitely wasn't worth my time or money. I hope there's a manager out there who actually cares about this review. Good luck to the rest of you

Really slow moving line for drive thru. I ordered 4 Sausage McMuffins with egg & cheese (2 for $6 special) with the sausage from one on the side. After a long wait the window person took my credit card and handed me a bag. Then my card. She turned around and started making coffee drinks.
I finally asked “are we done?”
She replied “yeah” and walked away.
No receipt, no thank you, no nothing.
To top it off, They totally messed up three of the four Sandwiches.
