Min's has been my family's go-to chinese takeout spot for the past few months now. Our typical order consists of their chicken fried rice, orange peel beef, string beans, broccoli beef, and kung pao 3 musketeers. Overall, great flavors for each dish and satisfies my chinese food craving every time! The food is more oily than what I'm used to, however. I drove back with the food in my car and the oils from the food leaked through the bag it came in, so it was all very messy when I got home. Better takeout containers would be ideal. Definitely plan on coming back and trying something new!

Ok will make this short and to the point. I rarely write reviews -good or bad but need to so that other local yelpers are aware. Overpriced and you could probably find better food in the frozen aisle of a supermarket. Typical case of sure you may be "authentically" owned restaurant but whoever your cook is, does not know how to cook. Went here on a Tuesday after taking the kids to watch Godzilla. We were hungry and said sure why not it's convenient? It's right here next to the theater. Ordered To go. The older man that was cashier was kind of rude. I can tolerate rude service (which is typical at good Asian restaurants) but your food better be worth it! Ordered dumplings-terrible. Costco's frozen Bibigo tray dumplings are way better than these! Also got a beef noodle soup that was bland and the noodle was basically chowmein noodles in a bland broth. Typically this type of beef noodle should be with some type of knife cut white noodles and with beefy flavored broth. Next was their version of orange chicken. Again any frozen version would've tasted way better. Trader Joe's rocks! Haha! And I don't care what anyone says Panda Express orange chicken is the best! Lastly, the only saving grace was their honey walnut shrimp. My daughter did enjoy that but she would never ask for it from there again. Total bill was almost $100!! I typically like to support local business but never going back again. However shout out to Super Juicy Dumpling in Brea! Now that place is "authentically GOOD".

Popped in before a movie, I wanted the wonton soup but GF so Linda mentioned the sizzling rice soup is the same just without the wheat wonton. It was so good and so fun popping in the rice cake situation. The hubby ordered and loved the hot and sour soup. We shared the lettuce wraps, the flavor was SO good! Fast service, clean, super yummy!

Met up with some friends for lunch. The waitstaff could not be more accommodating. After we finished eating they refilled out tea and told us to take our time. We all chose items from the lunch special. It's a great deal. Comes with a choice of soup. I had the spicy soup and it was spicy. Also comes with an egg roll. I chose the kung pao 3 musketeers. It has beef, chicken, and shrimp. The beef was delicious. So tender and juicy. We had a great long leisurely lunch.

We live Min's Bistro. Their Min's Phoenix is superb. So are their other dishes. And the service is top notch. We recommend it and them to all of our friends.

My family always comes here, specially my father, he's probably their number one customer hahaha very kind staff, the food is on par. This place is most likely one of the best Chinese cuisine you will find around the area. The ambience is very welcoming and family friendly. I definitely recommend this place. Love their Wong tong soup and broccoli steak.

We recently dined at Mins Bistro, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was outstanding, especially the shrimp with lobster sauce, snowpea chicken, and wuxi baby back ribs. The shrimp with lobster sauce was a delightful combination of succulent shrimp and rich, flavorful lobster sauce. The dish was perfectly seasoned and had a wonderful balance of flavors. The snowpea chicken was a fresh and vibrant dish. The tender chicken was stir-fried with crisp snow peas, creating a harmonious blend of textures. The sauce was light and savory, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine. And the wuxi baby back ribs were a revelation. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the glaze was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and we couldn't get enough. The service was impeccable, and we highly recommend Mins Bistro for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

My wife and I had tried this place a few times in the past for dinner. Each time the food overall has been ok. except a bit overpriced, but we were willing to overlook that part as long as the food was ok. This last time we ordered food to go for the first time for lunch. I had always heard that food to go is never as good as eating it in the restaurant. I never believed it until I experienced it myself. I had ordered Mongolian Beef , Kung pao Chicken and soup, plus vegi egg rolls & a few oter items. It was a big orther. Well, what I was told turned out to be true. Where do I start? When we opened the container for the Mongolian Beef dish, what we saw was a few pieces of beef in a sea of unappealing darkened onion peels. It was 85% onion, and 15% Beef. It was not worth eating, which ended up in trash. The Kung Pao Chicken was ok. All in all we were disappointed what we got for the price that they had charged us Another issue with this place is the jittery character of the waitress and the manager with tie. They are never relaxed. They don't engage the customers. In such a small area that they have they run like a bullet. They pick up your plates often times without even extending the customers the courtesy by asking regardless the plates being empty or not. And when they do they throw the plates so harshly in the dirty dishes basket that gives the customers a healthy jolt by the super loud noise that they so carelessly generate. They fail to understand that customer don't go to a restaurant just to fill their stomach and leave. People go to a restaurant also to relax. Another point on payment- They are so on edge and anxious to get your money that they don't seem to have the patience to wait for the customer to get their CC out of their wallets & give it to them to process the bill. They stretch their hands in your face letting you know that their hand is waiting for you to place your CC in their hands. For the life of me who does that? It is a very poor social manner. That is all... Other than these points every thing else was great.

We picked up here the evening of a day we were moving. Boy did it hit the spot! The food was ready and hot when we got there. We had excellent service and the food tasted amazing. We are vegan, we got the mapo tofu, green beans and veggie lo mein they were all so delicious! Too bad we just moved out of the area but anytime we have to come back and are hungry we will remember this as an option.
