I absolutely love this place Alleen 1 of the owners treats me with such lovingkindness along with all the rest who work there....the food is always Amazing & abundant...this is my & hubby's fav place for healthy food...it's easy to eat in or outside at their patio...very relaxing...I just can't say enough about this place...except you should come & eat!!! It's right past the Costco bldg. Left @ the curve...a must place to experience!!!💖
The service was great. Very attentive and fast. The owner or manager was extremely friendly, you can tell they value their customers enough to befriend them. the food taste and quality was great. The Madeleines were out of this world.
Phony excuse the water supply was down locally so only bottled water ($) was available. Not legal to run a restaurant without running water. How even would the toilets flush, let alone dishwasher work???

Everyone should support our local businesses. We count on them and they count on us. Monarch 9 is worth trying everything on the menu. I've had great meals there and the owners are warm and welcoming every visit. Today I tried the chicken pho take out. I unfortunately couldn't get past the 2nd bite.. I emediately called to warn the owner. I got a really nice employee to hear my concerns. The response was honest and straight forward. She explained why there was an overwhelming taste of salt. Her answer was very honest. The broth just needed to be thinned out from simmering all morning.
It's not okay to just thank me for calling just to warn management so the next customer doesn't get a meal from the same pot.
Not my best Valentine lunch.
Should have went with the wings or Ox tail fried rice

I'm writing to you today to share my experience at a wonderful restaurant. The food was delicious, and the drinks were great, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The indoor atmosphere was inviting, and the service was impeccable.
The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining. You order and pay for your food at the counter, then take a seat. Free parking is available, and the owners are always friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and a pleasant dining experience.

My husband and I recently visited Monarch 9 and we were blown away by the quality of their food! We now come frequently when we’re in the area. The pho is simply amazing—rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles and tender meat. Every spoonful was packed with authentic flavors. I also tried their banh mi, which was tender and delicious, with fresh, crispy bread and the right balance of fillings. The service was friendly and the ambiance warm and inviting. Highly recommend Monarch 9 for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

Man this place is normally our go-to for pho and shaken beef take out but tonight the shaken beef looked like it came out of a microwave, very dry and old looking with bad flavor. It’s a bummer since we live so close but all it takes is one bad experience to lose a customer. If I was the owner I’d want to know.

Amazing find! We were out shopping in the area, and decided to try Monarch 9 on a whim. From the moment we came in the door, everyone was extremely warm and helpful. The owner went over the entire menu with us, and made excellent recommendations. We had the shaken beef, oxtail fried rice, and iced coffee. Everything was delicious. Will definitely come back to try the entire menu. Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere!

genuinely the sweetest people work here, we were even given a side of curry to try and of course, we absolutely loved it!! this is my favorite restaurant nearby, its so hard to find vegan food more inland and this place has such fresh, tasty food! cant wait to try all of the menu
