Best tasting pho. The broth is savory. The appetizers are delicious. My new food get away. I brought my son for the first time, and he's a picky eater. I've been here many times and a few times I've gotten takeout, I've been really disappointed. 6 chicken wings for 12.50 and I've never been so disappointed to bite into a wing. It tasted off, the lettuce had gotten mushy. If I hadn't been here more than once, I would have given a 1 star. But overall the pho is decent, the other food was pretty good too but have the food there. Doesn't translate well when it's taken for takeout.

My wife and I just visited Monarch 9 for the 1st time and they didn't disappoint. The customer service was outstanding. We met the owners Tommy and Aileen and they too were super friendly and awesome. Let's get to the food...amazing! I ordered the filet mignon pho' and the broth is sooo clean and good! This is pho' done the right way. My wife ordered the shaken beef and she was extremely pleased with the quality of this dish. We can't wait to go back and try the other dishes. Their beef Pho was not flavorful as it should be. $13 for a very small bowl of Pho, which is pricey! It's a sit down place but we have to order at the register. They charge tips when we order and pay, before we get served. So, how can we tip when we don't know the type of service we would get? The ambiance is nice and the place is clean.

It's such a unique concept for authentic Vietnamese food in a modern experience. The oxtail fried rice is ridiculous - you can't find this anywhere else.

I do not like the war the you have order up front, paid, and sat for the food. The foods were not as good as I remembered.
Great Vietnamese restaurant in this area. Ambiance is great inside just wished it was in a better location. It's in a industrial location in Savi ranch. Food is great a little bit on the expensive side. The service is good.

came here on saturday for lunch, this place is so cozy and spacious. my friends are regulars here and the owner aileen made time to catch up with them despite the lunch rush. very heartwarming to see! for the ordering process, you order up front then pick a booth or a table to sit at. if you are here with multiple people, definitely recommend having some people save the table while others orders to ensure that you won't be left without one. my party ordered the monarch fries, filet phos (large), and oxtail fried rice. everything was so delicious and well seasoned. highly recommend giving this place a try!

We love coming here during our lunch breaks! Not sure what took me so long to write this review .. probably the fact that i enjoy every bite then am so full afterwards that i forget ! But do yourself a huge favor stop scrolling and get your butt to this restaurant ! The staff is so friendly and welcoming not to mention the music is always on point to eat your food and dance with a happy belly .. yea you know what dance im talking about !

From the oxtail rice to the popcorn chicken and fruit tea, my family of 5 always leaves with a full tummy and being a mom who likes to feed her family nutritious food, this place rises to the top. Owners are hard workers who make every costumer like family even during the busiest hours. All around good food and good people. Love to support this business!!
