Papa Johns Pizza

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered wings, but they arrived with barely any sauce, which significantly impacted the flavor. When I politely requested additional sauce to remedy the issue, the staff informed me that they needed the manager’s approval. Unfortunately, the manager was on lunch, leaving my concern unresolved. This lack of empowerment among staff and poor service left me unsatisfied. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

Ordered a Shaqaroni to be delivered by them. They had Doordash do it instead and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get it to me after it was out of the oven. I live five minutes away. I went in and they said they would make a new one and it would be another hour. The ice cold pizza they did deliver had no extra cheese or pepperoni, which is the whole point to the Shaqaroni. Never experienced worse customer service along with the misdirection. This place is incompetent and nothing but thinly veiled lies. You'd be a sucker to ever order from them.

This is the only Papa John's I come to because the employee's here provide beyond excellent customer service... Abraham and Joshua always go above and beyond to make sure my order is correct due to my food allergies. Abraham and Joshua deserve a raise and to be managers so they can train other employees on how to treat customers and handle special allergic requests.

Busy night. had an order that got messed up but these guys had good customer service. Fixed everything. Good experience overall

I ordered over $80 of pizza and wings and the rude employee wanted to charge me 11 cents each for packets of cheese & peppers. Should be part of the meal cost. You lost my business! Pizza not that great either!
