My favorite go-to for coffee! I always come around 6AM-7AM, and the 3 girls who are there are always so pleasant and kind. I love chatting with them, and everytime they make my drink it always tastes great! (I've tried coming at different times, but the morning crew always makes my drink right). I love the layout and vibe of the place. You can definitely get any work done, or to just chill and catch up with friends. There is an outdoor patio that has more seating options. HORCHATA COLD BREW OATMILK LATTE: 5/5My FAVORITE coffee I've ever ordered. If you love cinnamon and are looking for that perfect blend of vanilla and cinnamon, get this!

Too slow, not sharp, Starbucks is faster, 7 eleven is faster, employees are dancing and talking and drinking their own drinks. They are not serving the customers in a timely manner. I have stuff to do. One expresso and a cup of water should take 5 min max. Hurry up.

Cashier was very friendly, but Brewer was very rude..I asked for 4 shot Medium Americano, she made it one long shot.. I asked her to separate the two shots, she said that what I am doing (totally the opposite what she did in front of my eyes)

I love Peet's coffee. So much. It's so good. My favorite is the brown sugar oat shaken matcha with jelly. So good. Definitely a must try I'd take this over a Starbucks drink any day of the week.

Very nice coffee shop. AC is so nice on a hot day. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Great place to study or hangout. Got a black tie. The condensed milk adds a nice sweetness to the coffee. Reminds me of Vietnamese coffee! Just wish that the cold brew was stronger. Service is fast and friendly. Will be back!
