The best chicken taco

I came here this past Thursday. 6.19.25. Around 4:15pm.
The drive-thru server must have not wanted to be there or was having a bad day. Was no remotely friendly. No smile, no welcome to Popeyes, none of that. And just handed me my order and went on.
Didn't offer a deal or a dessert or a condiment.
This was my first time with this sort of bad service at this Popeyes so I'm giving it a pass.
But my food was good.

I've been having pharyngitis and thought I'd try the soft food here. Oh my lord, I don't know if I got lucky or what, but the mac and cheese is super soft and cheesy. Mashed potatoes were so smooth, smoother than I've had in a while. I don't know what they do, but it's good. If you ever have a sore throat or something, maybe buy a tray of these items. Wow.

This was the first drive thru I've been through that my full order was taken by AI. It was very different but we were unexpectedly impressed! The AI that took our order understood everything that we ordered, including the coupon that we were using. There was no mistake in our order.
I definitely need to mention that this specific location made the chicken 💯. It was so delicious and it was cooked perfectly 👌!!!
I'll definitely recommend and will be visiting this Popeyes again, for sure!

I stay next door to Popeyes so I ordered food for pickup by walk before store close. The main doors of the store was locked they asked me to come to the drive through window to say i need a car to pickup the order . The app didn’t say that when I placed the order. The staff was very rude and completely insensitive to understand the case. Please avoid this trash food place.

Both restrooms out of order? You're supposed to have operating restrooms in California. It's hard to enjoy your meal when your bladder is about to burst.

The fried chicken in this restaurant is delicious. The mashed potatoes are also delicious. The chicken is hot, fragrant, crispy and juicy. I tried it and became a regular customer.

The food is always fresh and delicious. It is usually busy so you may have to wait a little longer but it's not horrible and definitely worth the wait.

You need more workers in the evening. And double check everything is in the bag before handing it .

Appearance isn't everything about a customer, a customer shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes just to never be served or acknowledged while waiting patiently.

Not crazy about the kiosk ordering. Was not able to find plain fried wings, and the lemon honey wings were very spicy. Unfortunate, because your plain regular fried chicken is the best around. Ordering system does not offer enough personal experience for those requiring assistance.
