Ordered the Chicken Sandwich for lunch. right at 10 am opening. it Was a thick cut and halfway through it was rubbery and raw. Meat was glossy and darker than outer I talked to the manager and I said it was not done. She said yes it is. No offer for new or refund. I said can you put it back in the fryer and cook more? nope. All our chicken is cooked in a timer .. and she walked away. horrible service STAY AWAY..

This pop eyes is horrible! And the girl manager is so rude. I ordered $150 worth of food for a work event and they wouldn't even give me a tiny cup of a scoop of gravy. Crazy! Will never go back! And the desserts are all disgusting

Came here on Tuesday at 6pm, shout out to the staff working there! I usually don't review major fast food chains on Yelp, but I feel like the staff here really elevated the experience. They were very nice and helpful and the food came out great. I saw them patiently explain all the special deals to a woman who spoke very little English so she could save $. And they also helped another woman search for coupons to use. The staff actually care about the customers. Thanks for all your hard work!

Worst costumer service ever! Ordered food on the app. When I got home, some of the order was missing. I was told to get refund through the app with no apologies. Long story short, I tried calling back several times but was hung up on and my number was blocked. So I went back to their restaurant, the manager proceeds to walk away while I was still talking to him and denied hanging up on me and blocking my number. Not once did he apologize for their mistake or the inconvenience which is all I wanted to hear. He was stand-off-ish. I never leave bad reviews but this one deserves it.

I place an ordered via Uber Eat and I called the restaurant right away to request for all dark meat for my order. They said they can't since my order has already made. Really? I was less than 1 minute beacuse I called them right away. I don't write a review that often but I really not impress how they handle customer request.

The employees here are lazy I just took my girl to get her favorite sandwich the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich these guys couldn’t even be bothered to make us fresh food we got stale fries and just plain cold chicken on bread sandwiches. Step it up guys.

Stopped here for the grilled cajun tenders. They are a high protein healthy option and are super flavorful. A big plus is that these weren’t sitting under the heat lamps, they were made fresh.
