Yesterday there is no car in the drive through and I passed it and went directly to the window for my drink, however, the Asian man spoke strictly and harshly to me that I need to wait in the speaker even there is no one behind the speaker, I tried to explain that I have two toddlers in the car and they can’t wait because they are quite fussy. However, he interrupted me and didn’t listen and walked away, fortunately I got my drink but I asked for extra toppings it turned out to be less toppings. I was disappointed and pissed off the services there. We live nearby and always go there, this store didn’t welcome us and we will have other alternatives!

It’s a drive thru or walk up window. The baristas were great & drinks excellent! I love the idea of the completely compostable cups & lids, but the lids feel a bit awkward.
