I was just served the worst sandwich of my life. The young man working there should be fired immediately ! The protein portions were a joke barely any meat in the sandwich . Toasted ?? The kid pressed a button and literally took it out immediately I didn’t even notice cause I was Busy grabbing chips . Most disrespectfully made sandwich ive even had in my entire life .

I have never felt more uncomfortable ordering my food at an establishment. The woman helping me was kind, however, while I am ordering my food, a pesticide control man came in after me and started spraying the inside of the building. Even asking me to step out of his way so he can spray the poison beneath my feet! For context, I am 4 months pregnant. I should not be near any pesticide chemicals. And after he was done spraying the entire eating area, he then moved behind the counter to spray the food area where my food was being prepared! I almost left right then but I didn’t want to make a scene. However, I was extremely uncomfortable knowing that I am inhaling toxic poison that will inevitably pass to my baby. The woman making my sandwich said nothing even though she could tell I was visibly uncomfortable. I am not returning.

Very poor customer service. Soda machine broken and yet they sell and when u ask for refunds. They made big stink. I would NOT recommend this Subway. The owner has a very bad attitude. They have no clue about satisfying customer service. Also the restaurant was very dirty. Also had a very bad attitude

Been coming here for years and never had any issues up until the new ownership. This is not meant to belittle or bash the employees or management, hopefully this will be taken as constructive criticism. I order footlongs most of the time and have always politely asked if it can be cut in half and wrapped separately. Recently, I was never informed that it would end up being charged as two 6” subs (which is more) as opposed to the footlong wrapped in one. Had they mentioned this to me prior to making the sub I might’ve reconsidered or just accepted as is. The fact that the owner and his employee failed to tell me beforehand is what upset me. As this was news to me. Also, I have never seen a workplace with so much turnaround. Every time I go in there’s new employees. And I just had a sandwich prepared that was unacceptable, a simple flatbread that the owner rolled up like a long hotdog or taco. They really need to take these reviews seriously and make a positive change.

very bad service by the owner Ali and his son Zayn today. My sandwich was made completely wrong. I asked the owner if he could remake my sandwich the right way. I was told I would have to pay for another sandwich after mine was made completely wrong. I was then told I would be refused service and had to leave the establishment or the police would be called after i requested a refund for A SANDWICH MADE INCORRECTLY. Don't support people who do bad business like this. go down the street to your local village center for the best subway service in town!!!

former employee here. The new owner has no clue how to run a subway. The owners Don't know how to make any of the basic sandwiches on the menu. The owner Ali breaks many labor laws by not allowing his employee timely breaks, and also forcing 17 year old employees to work an 8 hour shift by themself with 1 employee clocked in. There are no cleaning standards here, the floor is never cleaned, no applicances are ever clean, there are gnats flying around the drink machine because of all the mold. The owner Ali is an incompetent owner on a power trip to take advantage of young employees. This establishment is a disgrace to Subway and no one should do business here unless you want to support discrimination, uncleanliness, food safety hazards, and incompetent management.

Too many mosquitoes *gnats meaning it’s not clean. Outside looks clean but inside definitely dirty. Only kids working so I bet its dirty^call food inspections please

We left Subway for a year, because their sandwiches were lousy. They advertised that they had improved, so we thought we'd give them another chance. Well, they DID NOT improve! We've been twice, and both times, I don't even think they LOOKED at our instructions. This time, I asked for extra mayo, little mustard. Igot little mayo, HUGE amt of mustard. Also, they piled on cucumbers, pickles, and bell pepper; none of which did I want on my sandwich, and had to pick it all of, so my hands wound up covered in mustard. They didn't even cut our sandwiches in half. How do you split a footlong, if you are out somewhere, without a knife? So, it's back to Jersey Mikes, where they follow instructions, and pile on the meat, at no extra charge! This time, there's no going back. Only tried Subway again, because hubby likes meatball sandwiches. But Jersey mikes has one that includes pepperoni, too, so I'm sure he'll like it better. So long, Subway! Wish I could say it's been nice knowing ya.
