The staff is marvelous! They are immensely helpful and genuinely kind! They saved my daughter’s Valentine’s party cookie decorating event. My room mom had forgotten to place an order for 30 special - shaped cookies. And the gentlemen that helped me (I’ll have to confirm his name and update this review) was able to accommodate our last minute order. We really felt all the love. Goodness! What an amazing group of people. Thank you so incredibly much for all that you do for your customers and community!

They designed my wedding sugar cookies and treats and they came out gorgeous! I also got their brownies and pretzel sticks. 10/10! The order over the phone process was so easy, and they made my dream happen. Delivery was very smooth and efficient. My guests were elated, the treats were delicious! Amy F. really was so kind and went beyond helping me to make sure I was able to get some decorated sugar cookies for my grandchildren for Thanksgiving. I was too late to order and was unable to get in the store. So she went out of her way to text me picture of the current cookies and select from what was available and then boxed it up so I could pick up the next day. Oh my God! It's like you have died and gone to cookie heaven. They have SOOOOO many different flavors of cookies and desserts. I have a soft spot for good cookies. It is my weakness. I must limit my exposure here. They make the largest, freshest, most absolutely delicious cookies. If I buy one I buy a dozen. I usually eat half before I even get home. That's how good they are. If you like cookies go to the cookie element but be warned in for one in for a dozen
