The Habit Burger Grill

I love coming to this Habit! It's a ways from my house but the staff here is always friendly and helpful :) My favorite to get is the charburger with cheese and onion rings 😋 I love to get extra ranch for my burger too, ranch is 65 cents but it's worth it!

My go-to order would be the GRILLED CHICKEN sandwich, which is a chargrilled chicken breast topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, crisp shredded lettuce, fresh tomato, BBQ sauce, and mayo on a toasted wheat bun. I usually order a side of onion rings with that, since the meal would be incomplete without it. The ice cream is also good there!

We were disappointed with the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I don't know when it happened, but the chicken breast is a shadow of its former self and not near, as tasty. We will not be ordering again.

Only one person working at 3:30pm! She was doing her best but not enough help. The place needed sanitation also.

Pushed to order at kiosks. Was over run by a youth sports team at all order stations. Other new customers left because they couldn't order food. No help from staff.

Always a good burger at the Habit! The staff here are very friendly. Quick service, and they keep the place clean. I waited longer to order than I waited for my food to be ready, only because I was waiting for the new kick rather than asking the staff. FYI, their kiosk is positioned in such a way that the scanner makes it impossible to scan anything from your phone 📱
The whole kiosk needs to be raised up at least 6 inches to allow you to effectively put your phone under it to scan a barcode.

I think the quality improved over the years because my first experience was unsatisfactory. I had a charburger. EMPHASIS ON THE CHAR. The following experiences I’ve had have been increasingly delicious. I think I was the only one who ate the Portabella Char because it was discontinued. Really good though. Recently they sent out coupons to the neighborhood. I think the other location in Anaheim Hills Festival might be better for food but the atmosphere, seating, and service is better here. For everyone who had a bad experience, give it another shot.
