Michelin-Level Experience at Outback Prices

The Wild Artichoke in Yorba Linda is a hidden gem. I was expecting something entirely different — and was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way.

We started with the smashed potatoes and endive salad, which made for perfect appetizers: light enough not to spoil our appetite, yet full of flavor to whet it. The portions were ideal for sharing with my wife.

Saturday was an off night for the chef No dressing on my salad, Risotto had burnt fried mushrooms on it, instead of coked within . Risotto for wife had one burnt piece of lobster laid upon the dish. no seafood cooking within the risotto
