First time having this and i've been curious. Although i prefer Flame Broiler still, this place is a good second choice especially since they have so many options and different varieties of what you want. I like the personalization options here. The employee was so patient when we ordered. The one thing that stood out was we can have our protein lightly brushed with the sauce which is perfect cuz I actually don't care for teriyaki sauce at all. I thought that was very different. Otherwise everything else was yummy. I do wish the plate came with veggies and not just rice. I'm sure you can add it but i think it should come automatically.

Worst customer service ever. I understand it gets busy sometimes but at least say to wait a minute or at the very least,acknowledge the people waiting. They also place the receipt ON the food while they're preparing orders. Very disgusting

This place sucks.. waited 20 minutes for a mini steak bowl. Finally gave it to me missing fork and gave me chicken instead. Brought back and made me wait another 10 minutes. During that time all the did was scrap the chicken off the top and add the beef. I will not be returning.

Always love the food and service but today there was an error in my order and I loved how it was handled. Zach acknowledged it and did what he could and also the supervisor even called to make it right. Great job guys.

Too much sauce on the rice.

I accidentally showed up just a few minutes before closing but the staff were still so helpful and made great food! My two-year-old was with me and the staff greeted him and made him feel special. Thanks!
