I ate the fish and chips when I was here. It was absolutely wonderful except for it was pretty greasy and definitely gave me a stomachache after eating it. However, the quantity is really good. You get your fair amount of fish. The coleslaw is absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t tell if it was rancid or just absolutely no flavor to it. I would definitely recommend a sweeter coleslaw with some mayonnaise and sugar added to whatever package mix that they use to boost the flavor other than that, I love visiting up here I think that our waitresses could definitely use more of a personality and be more willing to talk to people the waitress that we had while we were up there never came back for Refills

Ive been here numerous times so i was looking forward to a good meal with family and friends. We were part of a group of 13. We had reservations for 630pm (for 10 but added 3). They were busy and short-staffed when we arrived so we all gave them A LOT of grace. However, it took at least 15 minutes before anyone took our orders. We asked for water for everyone but only received a few glasses...then the girl left and didn't return. Drinks and food took forever with no apologies. We were only checked on when we ordered, received food and then when we got our check. So, we really didn't have an opportunity to complain. Food was mediocre at best. Don't waste your $$ on the prime rib, pizza or chicken alfredo. The drinks, however, were on point. But that's the only good I can offer. The mandatory 20% gratuity should've been waived...if they only would've noticed or understood how lacking the service was. We were there for nearly 2 hours and left incredibly disappointed. Recommend they increase staff and reduce the menu to more manageable offerings. Until big changes are made I wouldn't return. So disappointed.

We had a party of 13 people. Understandably a big group, but the service and food was horrible! It took over an hour and 15 minutes to get all our meals. 45 minutes just to get our drinks, nothing crazy waters and soda. We ended up going to the bar several times to get our own drinks to include waters for the children in our group. Prime rib was gray in color and cold, the chicken fettuccine alfredo was more of a soup with rubbery chicken, kids pizza too chewy to eat, steak was bland and over cooked. The only person in our party that had a decent meal was the blt and fries and still only got about 8 fries.
Not worth the price and waste of what was supposed to be a nice dinner out with friends. Our bill-Dinner for 2 adults and two teens $180 and then the auto added 20% group gratuity and a mysterious 3% fee...$230.00 only to have to go get edible food else where after. Please do better!

Great Live music, friendly staff, food all seemed from a pressure cooker and low on flavor. 2 meals about $100 not worth it.

Not the fault of the restaurant or staff a customer brought their obnoxious dog in for dinner, maybe it’s just me but people should leave their pets at home (this was NOT a service dog). Although I don’t think it’s safe for others when the waitress pets the dog and continues to serve the customers. The food was fair, watery clam chowder (I’ve had better from a can) I ordered the soup and salad combo that’s supposed to come with a bowl of soup according to the menu (if that was a bowl the cup of soup must come in a thimble). My wife had a half a rack of ribs she never got her vegetables that were supposed to be served with it. Not the best service or food. Should have gone to Black Bear Dinner.

The waitress with the blond teased hair is horrible, an the prime rib was all fat, we asked for a second beer, never got it, was never offered ketchup for fries. Just an all around shitty experience!

The place is nice with friendly people. However, the last two meals I've had there were the worst I've ever been served in a public restaurant. Cold food not prepared as ordered so bad I couldn't finish the second bite.

Did not take any time to get a table on a slow Saturday night. It took 45 minutes to get the appetizer. Almost an hour for out meals. When the steaks showed up they were cold. The best part was the drinks.
