One of my favorite things to eat is a crunchy shelled taco, and for the first time in my 49 years, I had one of their birria tacos with cheese. These tacos are seriously one of the best things I've ever tasted. While the shell is soft, it still feels like the crunchy taco experience. My favorite thing to eat when I go to Yreka or Mt Shasta due to the complex recipe.
Yummy in my tummy! I ate two Al pastor tacos and two carnitas. They were elevated classic tacos. Elevated in that they had cabbage, guacamole and were well seasoned. The Al pastor meat was surprisingly flavorful; more than most places. The carnitas was crispy fried to my liking. Seems like a family run restaurant with friendly staff. Best place for a quick service or quick bite. Off the freeway. Easy access. I was driving from Fresno to Salem and we stopped for some birria tacos. Very delicious. Bathrooms were very clean. Definitely my stop again on my next trip.
