My boyfriend and I love coming here when he's in town! They have great vegan and vegetarian options. Plus the shop is super cute and has lots of all natural supplies! The staff is always friendly and everyone was helpful and kind.

I ordered a tuna melt that came with jalapeno jelly. I had the jelly served on the side because I don't do anything hot. But it was absolutely amazing ! ? they sell the jelly in the store and I bought some before leaving.

Delightful treat! On a road trip I saw other good reviews so we stopped. Today was our second time. Today I had the special bacon jalapeño quiche and salad and my husband had spinach mushroom quiche and tomato bisque soup and both were excellent. The staff are very friendly.

Thank you all so much for a wonderful afternoon! our family, thoroughly, enjoyed the fun lively music with Rusty and Warren. The environment is great and our food was delicious, as always.

What a treat. Just passing through on I5 and stopped in for breakfast and what a good decision that was. Everything made fresh in house, notably the quiche & hot soup, which were just the right thing on a brisk November morning. I wish we had more time to enjoy the cafe as the charm was quite captivating. As we walked in, a man in the kitchen offered a welcoming smile. Fun decor hung about the establishment, very homey and comfortable. The host seemed to know all the patrons by name, even was working on a crossword puzzle with one of them. Very quintessential small town cafe. Like I said the charm of the place was captivating. The host was as friendly as they come, brought us (great) hot coffees right away and then the quiche shortly after. The quiche was outstanding. Fluffy and full of flavor. It might just be hot coffee and a slice of quiche but it was the best breakfast I've had on the road. Add a stop in Yreka to your next road trip itinerary, Natures Kitchen is worth the visit!

Food was excellent. Service was good. Owed by 2 sisters for 26 years. Both waited on me. They were informative and very sweet.

We stopped by here on our way back from Oregon just looking for somewhere quick and easy to eat, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere immediately caught our eye, it has such sweet decor. We ordered the avocado toast with chicken and some orange juice and the portioning size is perfect, not to mention how amazingly fresh all of the ingredients taste, especially for the prices! The service was wonderful as well! Overall an amazing experience, especially since if you're just looking for something quick, easy, and yummy!

70s funky/hippy in a good way, realizing of course that this description might not appeal to all. Part natural food store and restaurant it was founded in 1979. Flannery, who owns the eatery with her husband steers the kitchen, dresses in the bright colors of that era and is very welcoming at the tables. Homemade quiche, chili, sandwiches, salads are on the menu and all are made with fresh ingredients. Flannery told us the tasty bread and buns are made daily by an 85-year-old *retired* baker friend. The servings are not huge, which we found refreshing. We also liked the fact that the walls and ceiling are decked out in off-beat art. Something lively to look at! We stopped and ate here on our way to Ashland and on our way back to the Bay Area. This is not Denny's, Black Bear Diner or fast food. They all have their places off Interstate 5 in the food desert of tip-top NorCal, Mt. Shasta and the Oregon-Cali border. We'll always make time to break away from the usual places and eat here.

We stopped in on our way to Oregon wanting somthing yummy and they didn’t disappoint! Had a tuna sandwich and a delightful salad! They even had live acoustic music for those eating in the resturant. The decor is quirky, adding to the uniqueness of the establishment. If you don’t want the usual garbage from a fast food place this place is a must stop!

A diamond in the rough. This little eatery is conjoined to the natural foods grocery shop, so it has the wonderful herby smell we all know from such a place. The decor is local arts and crafts, a bit zany but warm and colorful. And the reason I'm writing this review is the food! Oh my goodness- fresh baked bread for the sandwiches, delicious greens, ripe avocados. We had a portobello sandwich and it was perfect. We also had a tofu wrap which was so excellent. It had sautéed onions, tofu, avocado, veggies and a slightly toasted wrap. Delicious!

Terrible. Food was very basic, low quality ingredients but the prices don't reflect that. The restaurant was very chaotic because I guess it's a over priced heath store inside a restaurant?... Not impressed.
