I went in with a open mind willing to give them another shot, (my last experience there wasn't good either) for starters I couldn't read the menu the print was so small, the waitstaff, come to find out was the cook and cashier as well was watching a movie and didnt stop all through whole time I was there. We got our food to go 2 mini street tacos a chimmachanga and a burrito bowl everything was carne Asada. The tacos had some chucked up hard meat on them with a lime wedge 1 lime wedge that's it. The chimichangas meat was so hard I couldn't chew it and sooo salty. I took it back and when I told him he said okay I fix it so his idea of fixing it was getting a new tortilla and putting the inside of the old burrito on the new tortilla and adding some dried up shredded chicken did not even take out the old meat. I'll never go there again if there was minuses on the scale they would be in the red.

Me and my girlfriend made a day trip down to Yreka just for fun and we found ourselves at Rico's. Not only was the food incredible, the service and atmosphere were amazing. We felt very welcomed into this fine restaurant. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. We ordered one order of nachos and Asada Fries. Unlike any other Mexican restaurant that I have been to, the chips and fries were not soggy but fresh and crispy. The pricing is incredibly fair and affordable. If I could give this restaurant 6 stars, I would! We will definitely be coming back.

Very good service and the food was good. Im from San Diego and its hard to find hard shell tacos sold here in Yreka but this place does Price was ok ... tacos were not what im use to as far as Hard Shell Tacos from down south. Im use to large corn tortilla with shredded beef lettuce and cheese only. But these were good. I will definitely come back... maybe try a burrito cuz those looked huge.

I heard heard good things about the food here so decided to stop in while on vacation and was very disappointed. I waited for 5 minutes at the door while standing in food that was all over the floor. I look towards the back tables and they were absolutely disgusting loaded garbage, every one of them. I decided to leave at that point. Don't know if they have good food there or not but I won't eat there.

The carnitas torta was absolutely horrible. The bun was stale. The meat was so over cooked it could not be eaten. The super burrito with barrio beef was a little better. The beef was freshly cooked but the lettuce and everthing else tasted like old refrigerator in the burritoI get it everthing is expensive. To all restaurants if it is not fresh throw it out please.
