We came in late, less than an hour before closing time. There was nobody else around but we were greeted with smiles and the best service I have experienced in a long time. Truly a great trip to Round Table ❤️

First off, EXCELLENT customer service/ communication. I called 3 different times, with 3 different questions. Each time the guy was patient, nice, and informative. He knew the menu very well, and guided me thru the online order. My wife wound up chiming in and saying “I wanna try smoked tomatoe pie”. So , of course, I tried to accommodate. But WOW, when I called over there, the girl spoke to me like I was an idiot. I asked for clarification on the size of the pizza- she just kept saying 12 inches. Then she said it’s 8 slices… That is a PAN pizza size. Nowhere in America is 12 inches a normal size pizza. Anyway, I went with round table, because they are tried and true. And the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was just that. A gentleman. And sometimes that’s what makes the difference in people’s spending choices. I already knew round table was good, it’s why I called them first. Not trying to sound panache But I’ve had pizza all over the world. I live and breathe it, son! Round table throws down a quality pizza pie, with a normal amount of slices, (we can go into history of cutting styles but the ‘party’ cut is the type of stuff Pizza Hut came out with. Some peeps just don’t play about their pizza . Thank you for the fine service (I already know it tastes good) 🤌. If someone in a supervisory role sees this, find out who took my order, sit them down, and tell them what a great job they do. Sometimes we take SERVICE for granted, but not this guy.

It's a quiet place I think good to take family to have a good pizza. It is cold specifically in the restroom just to let you be aware. Staff is friendly and willing to serve you as best as their ability.

The website is broken, try adding the game day bundle and it says loading and does nothing. Then you try to use your rewards in store and they can’t take them in store…. It’s a round circle of nothing works…

The manger Anna and staff are awesome very friendly and courteous work really hard to make the customers comfortable. When me and my wife went we got a medium king auther pizza and a all you can eat salad bar. Anna made sure they refreshed the salad bar with fresh everything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE.
