We ordered pizza and wings to be delivered to our hotel room the other night. My husband calls back to give them the rm number, and they even confirmed our order a PIZZA and wings. When the order arrived, we had 6 wings and were charged $35. When asked where the pizza was, we were told they were out. HOW does a pizza place run out of pizza 🤦♀️🤷♀️ AND why weren't we told this when our order was CONFIRMED, or why weren't we given a courtesy call?

Ordered a gourmet garlic chicken pizza. It was spot on so i went back, third times a charm had an employee in the parking lot who thought i was 'looking at him' so he threatened to punch me in the face. What lovely customer service, good pizza just look out in the parking lot. Guess he thought i was from washington state(i am not) but apparently that and looking at someone is cause for hate. The pizza s good love the garlic but didnt like that kids attitude so i will eat else where

Called the number online and called with no answer finally a woman answers and hung up on us immediately after asking for pick up… maybe there’s been a change of number I’m not sure but if not that’s no way to run a business.

We went here on one of their busiest nights which was a fundraising night for the high school. Even though they were doing a large volume of business that day we got our food in a timely manner and it was delicious.

The prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. I spent 60 dollars and our dinner was complete crap. Not the first time either..it's time again and again and again. I am just going to completely stop eating there. So sad you just can't go out for a quick pizza cause it's crap.

If you pay in cash they cant take bills over a 20$ bill. Also if you pay with card you have to show ID so in my case i was going to pay with boyfriends bank card that he sent me with but wasnt able to. The employees are sympathetic but have to go by the rules they are given. The restaurant is clean and the restaurant has a cool atmosphere. The pizza is great! :) usually about 30 minute wait time.

We’ve gone from ordering multiple pizzas as often as twice a week to maybe one a year when we’re extremely desperate.
For literally years we couldn’t get take and bakes because of supposed shortages of the dishes they’re sold on.
Now the prices are even higher but they can’t be bothered to stock tomatoes because they “all went bad last week”. For a $40 pizza I think it’s at least reasonable to expect the ingredients listed on the menu to be on it.
Itll be at least another year before we try again and I hope never to have to at this point.
The Yreka location took a successful, straight forward franchise and made an absolute mess of it.
We ordered take-out on July 4th as nobody wanted to Barbecue with over 100 degree Temps! Great Pizza and fast service that was ready when we go there!
