Would give this place a zero if I could, local guy here tried ordering a pizza and after a 45 minute wait they wouldn’t let me buy the pizza cuz I was using my girlfriend’s id, then they wouldn’t sell her the pizza after I went and got her and brought her there, I even offered to use a different card with my name on it and they refused service……business must be doing good to see money go to somewhere else, ordering pizza at smoked potato pie now and they just said it would be ready in 10 minutes

Stopped on my way home to Southern Oregon and picked up a craveable King Arthur Supreme. Oddly enough there was almost zero sauce on the pizza. It was crust and toppings with a little red color under the cheese. I called and explained to the person that answered the phone. She offered me 15% off the next order as I could not give the pizza back. She then hung up on me when I expressed my displeasure. Needless to say a free replacement would not even suffice at this point. I'll be picking my pizza up from Redding in the future.

As a chef, I don't go out to eat often because I often find myself wishing I had just cooked at home and saved my money. I don't eat fast food, and when it comes to pizza I prefer a thin crust pie out of a wood fired Italian pizza oven. However, that is not why I visit this Round Table. For years it has been a spot for me to pop in when I have a little time to myself in the afternoon. I always get the same thing- three garlic cheese twists and a tall local IPA. It's not the food...or the beer that keeps me coming back over the years. It's the people. I don't know how they do it, and where they find them, but year after year this Round Table is always staffed with the most wonderful people. They are always attentive to the counter, even if it is not their station. Today, while I was deciding if I was going to actually get something different, three different people stopped to make sure I was being taken care of...and they seemed genuinely concerned. I can tell that their hospitality is not fake, because they treat each other with the same kindness and respect. This is a culture that is obviously cultivated by leaders such as Lupe. There is true care and respect that flows through the staff that I am blown away by. No matter how hard my day has been, or how lonely I am feeling, when I walk in and am greeted with Lupe's smile and commitment to ensure I have an amazing experience, I walk out feeling a lot better about life. Thank you so much Lupe (and the rest of the staff). I just want you to know that you make a difference in people's lives with the little things you do!

The food was ready quickly and was delicious. I would recommend getting pizza from here as I would come again. Also, the website was easy to navigate, with customizing my pizza.Vegetarian options: Pizzas are customizable to accommodate vegetarian diets.

Where do I even begin?! Anna, Lupe and James are excellent especially with customer service, they all go above and beyond every time I go in there :) They are the hardest workers I've seen! And they make the best sandwiches!

Part of our pizza was burned. There is no way they didn’t notice. She dropped the pizza really fast and left, even as I was saying “part of it is burned.” I know she heard me because the people in the next booth did, and when that couple left they said we should have sent it back. We were starving and didn’t want to wait for another or I would have sent it back. Lots of burned crust on the plate when we left. It cost almost $40 without drinks (water)for us to eat. They really should be ashamed.
