Just stopped for coffee and a break on our way to Oregon. Bathrooms were clean ! The two baristas were swamped and the manager came and went with no acknowledgment of the situation or off to help out. The worst was what I saw while watching the barista work. She didn’t clean the steamer between drinks and she constantly wiped the steamer arm with a rag laying in a tray full of what looked like milky water. The steam cups were not being properly cleaned between orders. The entire work area was in need of a full clean. Did not drink my drink and will not visit this location again! So sad when so many locations are clean and well managed!

Terrible customer service! I ordered SB before I left my house and considering the drive through can be empty or way too long to even safely enter, I don't know until I get there if I want to go in or not. Except today, I did not want to go in so I sat in the drive through. When I got to the order screen, they told me because I checked "in store" that I would have to finish waiting in the drive through and pull around and walk in to get my drink. I was like really you can't pass it through the window? "no, store policy, we can't". Worst story policy ever. You've lost my business forever.Do better Yreka Starbucks!

Waiting 30 mins in the drive thru just to be told they’re out of something is insane. There is no reason they can’t put their sign out at the drive thru entrance stating they’re out of a popular item. Furthermore the staff is extremely rude. My wife pays almost 9$ or more per day for a coffee and if she try’s to get it made a cheaper way she’s told by the manager she can’t when other employees have no problem. This location needs a total revamp in customer service as well as operations. No other Starbucks we’ve ever been to is this unprofessional.

Always friendly and pleasant. Delicious beverages.Parking: Small crowded parking lot during peak times. I suggest Parking ?️ at AutoZone and taking a short walk over.

Coffee was fine. But the smell of urine coming from the hobo camp behind was unbearable. I understand the camp is not a problem from them but is a problem for them as it is turning customers away

Only the drive through is open and we weren't notified in the app when we tried to order ahead. I'm sure that the employees are in a rough situation, but this took 20 minutes after pickup was supposed to occur. Management should better support the staff, this was a bad situation for everyone this morning.
