As others said, minestrone and salad were quite good. We had veal parmesan and do mot recommend it. I'd say the veal had been in the freezer for a few months. This was our first time back in several years. One thing hasn't changed: the shortage of garlic and spices in their dishes. Me and my husband drive up from San Francisco to Corvallis twice a year and Strings Café is our go to stopping point for lunch or dinner. The minestrone soup rocks and so does every pasta dish we’ve ordered on the menu. The food comes out hot, it’s delicious, and tastes consistently the same each time we go there. We’ve been going to this place for almost a decade and love it!
I enjoyed the food. But I felt the service and the manager lacked the ability to help us have a good time. While we were eating our food. They seem preoccupied with things that didn't matter and not attentive to the needs that we had as a customer having dinner in their restaurant. I'm disappointed with the manager
