I've gone here a couple times over the years, and never had any problems.. always met with a smile no matter who is working, and it's always pleasant to talk with the staff. Keep up the good work! Food is always on point, thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would do that. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up they had given my order to someone else. They told me that they could not remake my sandwiches because the order was already picked up. Apparently nobody checks to make sure that the person picking up the order is the person who payed for it. Then refusing to make it right is probably the worst kind of customer service, especially in the food industry. I have worked in the food service industry and you ALWAYS make it right for the customer. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! Needless to say I will NEVER be going back to SUBWAY.

Don't know why others gave poor reviews. I got to town late at night and they greeted me with a smile, made me a great sandwich and they even gave good advice on other places to visit and eat at while I'm here visiting from out of town. The store was really clean and food was fresh and tasty. Try the cookies as well as the subs. The fact that it was walking distance to the hotel was definitely a plus. Location is close to the Highway for easy access. I plan on stopping again before the long drive home.

The only thing I can really say negative is that I called in my order, and made sure I stopped by to run an errand before I got there to give them enough time to make it ....I got there they were just starting it .... Sigh....

So we went to this particular branch on the way back from Portland , i called her up approx 2 hours before we reached the destination to confirm whether they have a veggy patty available and the employee on the phone confirmed saying its available . When we went to the shop , the empolyee made us wait for almost 25 mins before she took our order and there were three more customers .When finally our turn came to order , we asked her for 2 veggy patty sandwiches and she said it wasnt available and then i told her how i had called earlier to confirm .She got super angry and replied rudely saying how she is the only one in the shop for the past three hours and she never got a call asking for veg patty . Then i showed her my call log , to which she replied “oh thats our number ,let me check if we have any available in a very rude way “ ,she then went in and got the pattys and was pissed the whole time she was making our sandwiches . The over all experience was REALLLLY BAD ,SHE WAS RUDE TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS and kept messing up their orders.This happened on 26 August 2023 ,around 4 -4:30pm .The owner of the shop should take action against such employees .WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE .

MY THREE STARS FOR THIS SUBWAY IS BECAUSE MY FIRST VISIT THE YOUNG LADY WAS RUDE TO ME I FELT (I WISH I WOULD'VE GOTTEN HER NAME BUT DIDN'T) BECAUSE THE WHOLE TIME SHE WAS MAKING MY SANDWICHES SHE WAS CONVERSING WITH OTHER COWORKERS ABOUT NOTHING IMPORTANT. SO WHILE SHE WAS CHIT CHATTING I WAS CONSTANTLY REPEATING MYSELF ON WHAT I WANTED ON MY SANDWICHES AND I MEAN LIKE EVERY TIME WHICH WAS SO FRUSTRATING. OVERALL OUR SANDWICHES THAT DAY WAS NOT GOOD OUR BREAD WHICH AT EVERY OTHER SUBWAY HAVE BEEN VERY SOFT EVEN AFTER BEING TOASTED BUT IDK KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ON THIS DAY BECAUSE THEY WERE HARD AND CHEWY !! SO I VISITED ANOTHER DAY AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY KIND AND ATTENTIVE AND SANDWICHES WERE AWESOME !! THEN I VISITED AGAIN AND THE WORKER WAS VERY KIND AND MADE MY SANDWICH VERY DELICIOUS BUT THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS IT WAS LIKE 100° AND THEIR AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKE SO IT WAS VERY HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE AND POOR WORKER I FELT BAD FOR HER BECAUSE SHE HAD TO WORK IN THOSE CONDITIONS.
