First time that I have ever ate at Applebee's. Food was great after I got some sausage for the rice. Service was ok. Could of been more attentive

Drink took a while to come, and food took almost an hour to come as well. Both Drink and Food had almost no flavor. The server was wonderful.

The worst place to eat. The older man kept messing up our order. He was supposed to bring 2 entrees with one being a substitute for another side. The chefs either don’t know how to read or the man doesn’t know how to write or can’t hear because they gave my husband tomato in his burger. He said no tomato. Imagine my husband was allergic. I am still seething with anger over that. Earlier that day my instructor almost died of a mushroom allergic reaction because a pizza place did not read NO MUSHROOM. Thank god we are medical staff and not a normal college class. This ruined my graduation day. The man also went to go cater a dude in a veterans uniform even though he said he’d bring my drink (lemonade). 30 minutes later he still didn’t bring it. I told him he forgot my drink and made he made a face. A woman came to our table too and gave my father the wrong food even though we clarified twice what it was. She was on her phone too and by the posture she was making she seemed like a complete brat. The manager is awful too. A nice woman came in for an interview and the manager brushed her off and said “I AM TOO BUSY”. The 30 minutes she took before seeing the nice lady, said busy manager in the managers office is on her phone.

How can you send out food that looks like that? The pasta bowl had been sitting under a heat lamp for so long that debris was burnt to the side of the bowl. The hamburger had the very end piece of a tomato (stem included), looks like and lettuce had been sitting in the sun all day. If I could give no stars I would.
