I can see why this place has three stars. Ordered a single scoop waffle cone. Didn’t get the waffle cone. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering something, paying for it, and not receiving the item. Milkshake was just milk too. Save your money and just go to the store or somewhere

Just wow, prices are out of reach for most. Smoothie with banana 2.00 extra no more ice cream in the mix add whip another 1.09 for a quick tiny swirl . Everything is extra what a way to get into your wallet and not know it. Ouch
The customer service was great, wish I remember the ladies name. The service was awesome, and the ice cream there brings me back to being a kid again.

We LOVE Baskin Robbins, BUT their DOORDASH ? my orders were really melted especially my banana split (only 1 ice cream left, it was a mess (melted all over the bag ?) plus the driver was holding it right side up like it was a shake ?. Again it was late at night + no traffic. Do Doordash required them to have ice chest or bag so at least it isn't very melted when it gets delivered? Next time I will go at night, buy my banana split + see how much the ice creams melt. I would of given 0 star for our door dash guy.

I'm pregnant and wanted ice cream so badly. I've never left an ice cream store so sad and frustrated. The manager is NOT a people person and was very rushy and short. I have mental processing issues and he ultimately pressured me into deciding quickly and was arguing with another guest while complaining to a co-worker that they were under staffed and whatever. We got to the car and I ended up just crying and throwing my ice cream away, I didn't like itI'll never go back, especially when Brock's ice cream so close.
