Ice cream was amazing but the service worker gave me attitude when I asked for a specific order in my ice cream. I tried to be understanding to her mabye she misheard me. Mabye it was an off day but this place need better customer service!

I ordered a birthday cake for my son. I ordered 3 days prior to the birthday. When i went to pick up the cake, they never knew about the order. They screwed the whole function. It was a miserable experience. Never going to them again. If you are planning to order a cake for your special occasions from them, never do that. You will regret that too. They are unprofessional and will destroy all fun.

The last time we came to this baskin robins we saw roaches. I'm surprised that no one has complained about this. This place was filthy. I saw 2 roaches crawling right by the register.

a teenager employee accused us of stealing money when working DoorDash because we switched the orders to pick up the hot food before the ice cream… like what? If a manager can respond that would be fantastic. 3/2/2025

This is the second time they have forgotten my orderAnd when I go over there and tell them I placed an order online they say it takes 48 hours, but it doesn’t say that on the app, so how am I supposed to know that? You guys need to step it up big time I’m never going back

I can see why this place has three stars. Ordered a single scoop waffle cone. Didn’t get the waffle cone. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering something, paying for it, and not receiving the item. Milkshake was just milk too. Save your money and just go to the store or somewhere

Just wow, prices are out of reach for most. Smoothie with banana 2.00 extra no more ice cream in the mix add whip another 1.09 for a quick tiny swirl . Everything is extra what a way to get into your wallet and not know it. Ouch
