Great visit with my Can-Am Spyder club yesterday to Brock's. The service was outstanding and the ice cream shop is comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking but no public restrooms.

I really enjoyed how high quality the ice cream was. Not to mention how I’ve come 5 minutes til closing once and the workers seemed a little disappointed understandably. Yet they still gave me great service. As for atmosphere it’s nice however they could have some nicer music to maybe make it feel like an 80’s ice cream place. It’s also kinda bland other than a claw machine in there. However that doesn’t disrupt how amazing the food and the service was.
Their ice cream is really good and they have really interesting flavors. The prices were outrageous and the fact that they charge an additional tax. If you want to eat your ice cream in the building is absurd. They closed off the bathrooms to any customers.It's almost as if they just want you to buy their ice cream and then get out because it is very unwelcoming

I love Brock's, so this is a sad review. 😔 We bought two half gallons of ice cream, one Fudge Ripple and one Rocky Road. 😋 I'll have to ask grandma 👵 about the Rocky Road, but our Ripple had nearly ZERO fudge. As I said, love this place, so they WILL get another shot. And I always support local businesses. No Baskin-Robbins here...
The workers were very friendly and the prices were super reasonable! $8 for ice cream for 2 and we still had tons left over! The dining area was nasty, it was covered with chewed gum and trash. The other guests were unbearable: they had a cat free roaming in the dining area along with 2 children who screamed and ran back & forth and terrorized my baby. They played loud music and stared the entire time. The way the staff handled the terrible atmosphere makes me never want to come back. Super disappointed in this experience because this place has mostly great reviews

We’ve gone twice and had good experiences. We love banana splits! It’s a fun splurge for a family outing.
Kid-friendliness: Patient and gave samples to our daughter to help her make up her mind. Usually, multiple families enjoying ice cream together.
Very pricey. $10 for an ice cream cone is a bit much. I wish the staff would stop carrying the bananas in their pockets also. This ain’t the Wild West son.

I've been going to Brocks for ice cream since the 80s. My last visit was very disappointing. The ice cream is not at all what it used to be! The vanilla ice cream used to have real vanilla beans, and the banana ice cream had real bananas, making the ice cream delicious, just like homemade. Now, they both taste terrible. Seems they are using much cheaper ingredients, artificial flavorings, and colorings. At $14.00, a gallon it isn't worth the price!
