This place has gone downhill. No more milkshakes. Out of different flavors. 3 scoops of ice cream $16 bucks! When I asked if my son could use the restroom, the worker told me it was out of order. Sigh on the bathroom door says no public restrooms.

Disappointed- seems like the place is in need of some TLC- maybe the owners don’t love it anymore. Limited inventory- also the Shakes that are promoted and were a staple they no longer serve.. someone needs to come in and show this place some love and revamp it and start serving shakes again.

The ice cream is good, but they were out of so many flavors, they don't let use the restrooms to costumers even, they charge an extra tax if you want to take a seat! And the cashier needs to be clean in the clothes or use an apron at least

Mediocre ice cream and probably some of the most expensive ice cream I’ve eaten. They seemed to be out of a lot of flavors (including cookie dough). The ice cream was smooth but didn’t have anything that really made it stand out. A kids scoop is 4.50 and a single scoop is $9. Coming from the Bay Area and Roseville areas, i have never spent $9 for a scoop of ice cream at even some of the top premium spots. Won’t be back.
Better to buy a half gallon and eat at home! We got the most stingy scoops ever for $9 a single…the size used to be the child size amount…I was very disappointed and won’t ever order a scoop again! Just buy a half gallon and bring home…

If you are looking for delicious home made ice cream, look no further! Their banana ice cream and their fudge ribbon ice cream are to die for! I would give them a 5 star if their wait time was less.

visited this shop for the first time since before covid and was very disappointed. a bunch of items were marked as “out” on the menu. asked why they are out of milkshakes and the worker said they got too expensive to make 🤨. what kind of an ice cream shop doesn’t have milk shakes. got a cone and the ice cream was nothing special for the cost. won’t be back. on top of it they have a sign on the check out area with merch prices. they also have another sign with lower merch prices on the wall behind the checkout area. concerned that they can’t even be bothered to remove a piece of paper with false advertising. makes me wonder what else they are lax on with food safety and workers rights. won’t be back unless they get their shit together. seems like management or the owner doesn’t really care.
