Their 3 star overall speaks for itself. I stood at the to go counter for 20 minutes waiting for my food THAT WAS ALREADY DONE AND SITTING ON THE COUNTER. This company is a joke

This guy is very rude with customers he don’t know how to speak with guests I was go there many times no I will don’t go because of this guy when I asked him where is manager he said I’m the manager please check your camera’s and see how he treat with customers

I definitely do not recommend this place...apart from the fact that it took more than 20 minutes to take my order. I ordered 20 traditional and they brought me 19 drum sticks and 1 flat wing .and apparently the Manager that was in charge took the tray to make my order again and when she brought it back she told me that it was already half and half and there were 14 drum sticks and 6 flat wigs… I definitely do not recommend this place apart from the fact that it took them 20 minutes to take my order. When I placed my order I ordered 20 traditional ones and when they brought me the food they gave me 19 murlos and 1 wing and according to the manager in charge He took my order to fix it and when he came back with my order he told me that it was already half and half and still there were 14 walleyes and 6 wings
We went to go eat and they did not wamt to attend us for about 30 mins because they supposedly "had no tables ready" even though there was like 10-15 open tables and they told us that they didn't want to walk to far and we left because that was just stupid. We went to in and out and the service is way faster and we just will not go back there again

This girl named Taylor was not giving us great customer service she kept giving us dirty looks would sigh if we asked for something like a refill on a drink and would not come around often asking if we were good we had to go up too her if we needed something, we asked her for 3 different tables and she would roll her eyes every time we suggested a different table, not to mention we needed a big table because we were a party of 4 people but when we asked for the big table she denied but then sooner then later sat a party of 3 there on the table we needed. P.s we found it very racial. the date we went at 9/6/24 at around 8pm.

Update to my wife's review we waited 20 minutes and no drinks were offered we left to red Robin's was greeted as soon as I walked in didn't take them 5 minutes to grab our order and drinks!! This is the second bad experience we have had and never again my 4 yr old was crying as we left because he was happy to get a cheeseburger but tried to explain buffalo wild doesn't have time to serve our family took my service else where we were treated like how we always should be.

Sat us down with menus waited 20 minutes as 3 waitress just looked at my family couldn't even offer drinks while we waited nobody came to check on us nor offer drinks the bare minimum this is the second time keep in mind they are empty 2 families where inside it's ridiculous if they don't have the time to serve us why sit us down could have told me since the begining and I would of turned around.
