I ordered takeout for my son, and when I got home and opened the box of vegetables, the ones on top were spoiled. I called to complain, and the person who answered the phone was rude and suggested I was lying. I live 35 minutes from Yuba City and wasn't going to drive all the way back just to prove to them that the vegetables were bad. I will never go back.

Took way to long for our food to get out not just that my wife food was brought back wrong when she tried to explain that she can't have any spicy food because she pregnant and that she doesnt even eat spicy food the server ignored her request cut her off and only brought her what she wanted to bring her.Her name was Patient.. not cool to make a pregnant lady cry..now we have to go out of our way to buy extra food because we weren't satisfied.

Ordered nachos literally no cheese I mean the top 6 had cheese but nothing after that. I even left them out because I’m not going to eat plain chips and they’re still crispy that’s how you know they had NO CHEESE. No way I paid $15 for some chips with jalapeño on top

I used to come here once or twice a week for years. But the last few times I came here food was cold, hard and not as ordered. Service was terrible I’m a nice patient person but grabbing something out my hand because order was wrong was a bit too much for me. I defiantly will never come back here. Mind you this isn’t from one bad experience it’s probably the past 5 times I’ve went before I decided to write a review.

Food is usually fine, but service is always slow or nonexistent. It takes a while to be acknowledged and seated, even longer to order, and even longer to get food, regardless of whether it’s busy or slow. On a couple occasions, I’ve ordered drinks that were just never made or ignored while bartender is seen standing around. The waiter checked each time after being asked but ultimately gave up and just apologized since we were finishing up our food. Not sure if this is just the experience in Yuba City or all BWW but this is the only reason we don’t come here as often as we’d like.
Food is always good at this place but it’s graduation night and we understand that it could be a really busy night for them but for them to not even accept a party of 3 is ridiculous. Restaurant looked empty. It’s only 10 pm and they close at 1 am.

I got the all-you-can-eat wings and fries, and they were pretty good. I tried Wild, Spicy Garlic, Asian Zing, Hot BBQ, and Mango Habanero – everything was great except the Hot BBQ(tastes like bbq sauce w/ vinegar IMO) . I'll be back tho!

enjoyed the restaurant and the food and cocktails. need to visit the place a few more times to get a better sampling of the menu. first time visiting. it's more of a sports bar than a restaurant but that's okay because it's a nice decor.
