No one here at all not even in the drive through floors are so sticky they are gross food on the floor all tables are dirty had to wipe one down myself. Ppl on there phones lady comes in from out side don’t wash her hands after moving stuff and gets her self fires like that’s gross. So much Is wrong and I bet if someone called they wouldnt pass won’t come here again

If you pay cash at BK you need to stand at the counter until some employee collect your money. Otherwise you will be sitting there waiting for nothing. It doesn’t help that there is no sign explaining or any employee at the counter. They are just in the back talking, with no one to help.

The char broiled taste that made the whopper so good has disappeared. Very disappointing. The Burger King in Marysville was the last one that had the char broiled taste, and it is gone. We only stopped in because it's close to us and new, hoping the char broiled taste was back, it wasn't. We go to Carl's juniors now. Their chocolate cake is good, though, if they still have them. Last time I got a milk shake after they changed, I liked the previous version, to me it tasted better and was cheaper.

Sat almost 40 minutes in the drive through and parked waiting for my food. 40 minutes for chicken nuggets and a whopper. I could have driven 15 minutes into town, got food, and made it home in less time than the place that is 3 minutes from home. Time for better management.

Went through drive through. First off had to wait to place order. Once order placed didn’t show on screen or read back to me if it was correct. Received my food and was not correct. Ordered (2) 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings. Received all onion rings. Brought to their attention and instead of making it right by just giving me a small fry wanted to charge me. Once home ordered chicken nuggets (4) of them only received (3) of our (4) so we were shorted, but charged for (4). Want more money, but can’t even do the order correctly. It seems when we do go out there is always something missing.
