A Truly Disappointing Visit to Burger King
My recent experience at Burger King was nothing short of a disaster, leaving me utterly frustrated and regretting my decision to dine there. From start to finish, it was a masterclass in how not to run a fast-food establishment.
I pulled up to the drive-thru, hoping for a quick and easy meal, but was instead met with an agonizingly long wait. It felt like an eternity before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When I finally got to the speaker, the employee's voice was muffled and indifferent, making it clear they'd rather be anywhere else. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then, I wasn't confident it was correct.
After another lengthy wait at the pick-up window, I was handed a bag that felt suspiciously light. My suspicions were confirmed when I got home: my order was completely wrong. Not only was an item missing, but the burger I did receive was cold, soggy, and looked like it had been thrown together with zero care. The fries were limp and lukewarm, tasting more like cardboard than potato. It was truly inedible.
This wasn't just a minor mistake; it was a complete failure on every level. The combination of glacial service, incorrect orders, and abysmal food quality made for a truly horrible experience. I went to Burger King for convenience and a satisfying meal, and I got neither. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this particular Burger King at all costs. You'll thank me later.

Do you people ever listen to your customers when they tell you they don’t want something on their burger? I specifically told the lady on drive thru today around 3:20 pm that I don’t want cheese on my burger. I came home and found cheese on my burger. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Order usually fresh. They never give me any trouble and they make it right on the app not like I'm tryna get anyone in trouble you dig i just wanted a burger and bro wanted to pay for his rent this month I feel you g I feel you but that's not the point the point is I like this burger king over the 3 we have in town because of the freshness and I show up random as hell 7am 12pm 11pm 4pm random times and I gotta say it's always quality fresh made burgers and fries just without the cherry pie.

Sorta have to come here because it's close and sometimes you just don't want to drive far...but couldn't ask for a worse, closest option, you could ever have...They are rude, impatient, arrogant and the exact opposite of fast food. Avoid at all cost, if possible!

First of all i dont know what position the older lady with grey hair and glasses that works in the morning i think shes morning manager was rude like beyond rude she always is, her customer service her attitude and everything was beyond rude all the time ive gone multiple and every time she has the same rude attitude all the time i do wanna say that when i go late afternoons a young gentleman that is night manager helps and is beyond polite those are the type of workers that we need maybe she needs to get tips from him because thats what you call excellent customer service thank you and please morning crew be more kind especially the older lady....

No one here at all not even in the drive through floors are so sticky they are gross food on the floor all tables are dirty had to wipe one down myself. Ppl on there phones lady comes in from out side don’t wash her hands after moving stuff and gets her self fires like that’s gross. So much Is wrong and I bet if someone called they wouldnt pass won’t come here again

If you pay cash at BK you need to stand at the counter until some employee collect your money. Otherwise you will be sitting there waiting for nothing. It doesn’t help that there is no sign explaining or any employee at the counter. They are just in the back talking, with no one to help.
