Tonight we had a bag full of goodness. 3 Adults, And one order of a double Western Star, another order of a double Carl's and finally an order of a Famous Star with an order of large fries and a Diet Coke. Everything was fresh and hot and correct.

Not only did I receive my food, but I also got a bad attitude with it. Just a simple misunderstanding about an Online food order that we thought she was talking to us about. She got upset when we had responded with “yes” that’s our order and then promptly responding with “no” because one item was incorrect. I guess the whole time she was actually yelling at her coworker (with the window wide open) about the car behind us. Thank you Dulce for being negative with a smile when you didn’t have to be. Hopefully you find happiness.

Was Wednesday before Thanksgiving and we were trying to find some fast food cuz we thought things would be open nothing was open only Carl's Jr and I used to always love Carl's Jr so it was great to go back there. Food is always been good at Carl's Jr's for me.
The drive thru order taker was rude and in need of more training. She tried to tell me that unless I specifically request a soda in required to get coffee, never had this happen any other time I've been here. This time too my breakfast is burnt and the cheese somehow didn't seem to melt and is cold? Very bizarre, I'd bypass this location and go to the one in the Lowes parking lot.

I never(this is the first) leave reviews as the process doesn't allow both sides of the encounter to be represented. However this time I feel the desire /need to say something. Customer service is paramount yet so often lacking . The most important thing that will happen each day is that hopefully a Customer will pass through the door! Without them you're contribution isn't required! Look them in the eyes, smile and try this or something which conveys similar sentiments ......hello, welcome to Carl's jr, how can I help you today.....afterward simply do the secondary portion of your job. It's simple.....Customer service first, it pays the bills and keeps customers coming back!

The chicken strips are tiny as F. Good taste but tiny. 7 dollars for 3 little strips. The manager or the shift leader gave me my food even though I repeated it many times during order. I thanked the manager and she walked away from me and said nothing. This carls used to be the example... now it sucks. Overpriced and terrible customer service. I won't be coming back for a while. I beg of other people to complain at bad service and reward good service. Corporate America is killing customer service
