They said they “ran out of chips” when I know they didn’t. I worked in food, they don’t wanna package a thing for one bag of chips for my order, cause it’s late. offered me more queso even tho the queso was for the chips. Lazy, bad customer service and just plain stupid I’m done ordering from there any more. Expensive for no reason,

Unfortunately this is the second time in a row where this location is out of items...at 9pm and dont close until 11 they have no white rice, grilled veggies, guac, chips, cheese..etc
Its frustrating when the closest location is a 30min drive to me in every direction. Thankfully a new location is being built 15min away. Sorry but I won't be back to this one.

The bowls are really yummy and definitely worth the price . It's big enough to share with one other person. The guacamole is fire almost tastes like traditional Mexican Guacamole. Definitely recommend trying it .

I placed an online order from this Chipotle around 10 PM, and I’m extremely disappointed. I specifically selected pinto beans for both my burrito and burrito bowl—and my receipt clearly shows pinto beans. But when I got my food, they gave me black beans instead, and they were weirdly sweet, gross, and completely ruined the meal. It didn’t even taste like real beans—it was nasty and disgusting.
To make it worse, I’ve tried calling the store multiple times and no one will answer the phone. I’m not sure if it was a mistake or laziness, but this is unacceptable. I paid for something I didn’t get, and the customer service is nonexistent. Very irritated and honestly just upset.

I placed an order for two burritos and two bowls, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Not only did the burritos arrive in bowl containers (which is a minor issue), but the majority of the items were either missing key ingredients or had completely different ones than what I ordered. Three out of the four items were incorrect. I've had better experiences in the past, but this recent order has definitely made me reconsider ordering again.
