I placed an order for two burritos and two bowls, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Not only did the burritos arrive in bowl containers (which is a minor issue), but the majority of the items were either missing key ingredients or had completely different ones than what I ordered. Three out of the four items were incorrect. I've had better experiences in the past, but this recent order has definitely made me reconsider ordering again.
Great place to grab something filling and healthy with great service. A little backstory: my family and I ate at Chipotle just a few times before after living in Yuba for over 2 years. The service was not the best. The times I went there before - the workers seemed exhausted and we're short with their answers. I just threw the food together and try to get us out is what it felt like.
It wasn't till about 2 months ago my family and I decided to go again. Immediately I noticed that the line was going faster and the workers had a better flow. Then I got up there to order my food and a really nice young man named Carlos greeted my family and I was a smile and took our orders without any issues. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now, we noticed were going to Chipotle weekly. One last mention, I've had conversations with other people standing in line and they have noticed the same young man named Carlos and how he always gives the best customer service and does such a great job! It's amazing what one person can change the ambience to an entire restaurant. Thank you Carlos for always making our experience a great one!
Not exactly sure why this location keeps messing up online orders but there have been several instances where they forget burrito ingredients. Got 4 chips today with 2 guacamole and no queso(ordered 2). In addition the ordered burritos are significantly smaller than Chipotle in chico and oroville. That being said it is a clean facility.

If I could give no stars I would. No clue as to why this location literally can’t get the orders or food right. We have tried 3-4 times ( 1 time was good the others just ok) & tonight is the last. No flavor, cold, messed up order, it’s ridiculous. Waste of money. Would add pictures, but it’s now in the trash.

The people making burritos don’t know how to roll, the make little baseballs, no napkins in site, everything is messy yet full group of staff at the front
They charge the same price as a huge burrito as they do for a burrito less than half the size for my chid

Absolutely disgusting. I have never wrote a review before but this unbelievable. The prices are insane for the small portions you get. They gave me the smallest amount of steak that was left only after telling me they were out. Don’t make someone pay full price when you don’t have enough for a full portion. And the Barbacoa is just fat….Horrible quality of meat. Sour cream soup to top it off. DONT EVER waster your money on this disgusting quote on quote food (if you can even call it that) ever again. It should be criminal to price gouge on the nastiest smallest inedible food….just don’t go here.

Thursday I got a bowl and the girl serving food was absolutely absurd, she kept rolling her eyes, looking at the line in frustration, and gave limited talk possible. When I asked for another scoop of rice she rolled her eyes and gave me a half scoop. As me and my daughter only ate half our bowl because the taste was off, me and my daughter got SEVERE FOOD POISONING from it. This is not the first case of food poisoning I’ve witnessed from here either! Also $18 for a bowl is crazy!
